Saint Rosa is a city in Stearns County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 68 at the 2010 census. It is part of the St. Cloud Metropolitan Statistical Area.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.39 square miles (1.01 km2); 0.38 square miles (0.98 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water. [4]
