Trans Jogja is a bus rapid transit (BRT) system operates in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas, with 20 different routes. Trans Jogja operates from 06:00 to 19:00 starting from 22 March 2020. [4]

Trans Jogja is currently operated by PT Jogja Tugu Trans, a consortium of Perum DAMRI and public transport cooperatives in Special Region of Yogyakarta (Koperasi Pemuda Sleman, Kopata, Aspada, Kobutri, and Puskopkar), and PT Anindya Mitra Internasional, a province-owned company. [5] Their operations are under auspices of Office of Transportation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

In April 2020, the system had a daily ridership of 1,402, lower than normal amounts of 20,000-22,000 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. [6]

Fares

Ticket fares on Trans Jogja are of flat rates. Passengers pay a flat fare and can go any distance along the bus route. Bus transfers are free at staffed stops.

There are 20 bus routes operated by Trans Jogja as of 2022. Line 1A, 2A, and 12 are operated under Teman Bus service, while the rest are operated directly under the Trans Jogja branding.

Fleets

All of Trans Jogja fleets consist of medium buses. While most of the fleets feature high-level doors, the newer buses for Teman Bus have low-level doors for boarding albeit still having steps to climb onboard the high-level interior.

Maguwo Station (MGW) is a Class II airport railway station located in Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The station, which is located at an altitude of +118 meters, is included in the Operational Region VI Yogyakarta. It is the eastern and northernmost active station in Special Region of Yogyakarta, as well as the first airport railway station in Indonesia as it is located in front of Adisutjipto International Airport. Taman Margasatwa, Jl. Warung Jati Barat, Jl. Mampang Prapatan, Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Jl. Kendal, Jl. Laturharhari, Jl. Sultan Agung, Jl. Setiabudi Barat, Jl. Setiabudi Tengah. The Dukuh Atas 2 station is the only Transjakarta bus stop in corridor 6 which is integrated with the KRL Commuterline Train at the Sudirman railway station. Most users of this corridor are passengers who want to go to Pasar Minggu, Pasar Minggu Baru, Duren Kalibata, Tanjung Barat, Lenteng Agung, Pancasila University, University of Indonesia, and Pondok Cina regions. KRL Commuterline users originating from stations along the Maja–Tanah Abang, Tangerang–Duri route as well as passengers originating from the Bekasi and Depok/Bogor lines who wish to travel to Ragunan can get off at Sudirman Station, and continue their journey with this corridor from the Dukuh Atas 2 bus station. Soon, this corridor will also be integrated with the Jabodebek LRT, starting from the Dukuh Atas 2 BRT Station, up to the Departemen Kesehatan BRT Station.

The TransJakarta Corridor 5 is the TransJakarta bus rapid transit route which operates from Kampung Melayu Bus Terminal to Ancol. The roads that corridor 5 takes are along Jalan Gunung Sahari, Jalan Pasar Senen, Jalan Kramat Raya, Jalan Salemba Raya, Jalan Matraman Raya, Jalan Jatinegara West/East and arrive at Kampung Melayu Terminal. The roads that pass through corridor 7 are Jalan Otto Iskandardinata, Jalan MT Haryono, Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo, Jalan Raya Bogor, and Jalan Gedong Timur/Barat. This corridor is the only TransJakarta corridor that is not integrated with the KRL Commuterline because the distance between the Kampung Melayu stop and the nearest Commuterline station, namely Tebet Station, is quite far.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Transjakarta Corridor 2</span> Bus rapid transit route in Indonesia

The TransJakarta Corridor 2 is the TransJakarta bus rapid transit route that serves from the Pulo Gadung Bus Terminal to the Monumen Nasional BRT Station. The roads that corridor 2 passes are along Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, Letjen Suprapto, Imam Sapi'ie, Pejambon, Medan Merdeka Timur, Veteran, and turning at Monas. For the opposite the direction, the route passes Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Medan Merdeka Selatan, Kwitang, Suprapto, and onwards to Pulogadung. This corridor is integrated with the Pasar Senen railway station at the Senen BRT Station, which serves the KRL Commuterline and the intercity train services and the Juanda railway station at the Juanda BRT Station, which serves the KRL Commuterline service only.
