Xiangcheng County or Qagchêng (Chinese :乡城县;Tibetan :ཕྱག་ཕྲེང་རྫོང་།) is a county in the west of Sichuan Province,China,bordering Yunnan province to the south. It is under the administration of the GarzêTibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
