It is one of the ISSF-governed shooting sports included in the Summer Olympics since the 1984 Los Angeles Games.

UEFA European Under-21 Championship European association football tournament for under-21 national teams

The UEFA European Under-21 Championship, the UEFA Under-21 Championship or simply the Euro Under-21, is a biennial football competition contested by the European men's under-21 national teams of the UEFA member associations. Since 1992, the competition also serve as the UEFA qualification tournament for the Summer Olympics.

The FIFA World Cup qualification is the process that a national association football team goes through to qualify for the final tournament of the FIFA World Cup. The qualification reduces the field of eligible entrants from 211 to 32 for the finals as of the 2022 edition.

The 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification competition was a series of tournaments organised by the six FIFA confederations. Each confederation — the AFC (Asia), CAF (Africa), CONCACAF, CONMEBOL, OFC (Oceania), and UEFA (Europe) — was allocated a certain number of the 32 places at the tournament. A total of 205 teams entered the qualification competition, with South Africa, as the host, qualifying for the World Cup automatically. The first qualification matches were played on 25 August 2007 and qualification concluded on 18 November 2009. Overall, 2341 goals were scored over 852 matches, scoring on average 2.74 per match.

The 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification is the qualifying process which will decide 31 of the 32 teams that will participate in the 2022 FIFA World Cup, joining hosts Qatar, who received an automatic spot.

Curling at the 2018 Winter Olympics

The curling competition of the 2018 Winter Olympics was held between 8 and 25 February 2018 at the Gangneung Curling Centre. This was the seventh time that curling is on the Olympic program. In each of the men's and women's competitions, ten nations competed. A third competition was added for the 2018 Olympics, mixed doubles, in which teams consist of one woman and one man. There were eight participating countries in the doubles competition.

These are the complete results of the 2017 European Team Championships Super League on 23–25 June 2017 in Lille, France. As with the previous championships there were a couple of rules applying specifically to this competition, such as the limit of three attempts in the throwing events, long jump and triple jump and the limit of four misses total in the high jump and pole vault.

2019 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships

The 2019 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships was held in Baku, Azerbaijan from 16 September to 22 September 2019. The competition took place at the National Gymnastics Arena and served as a qualifier to the 2020 Olympic Games. There were Olympic berths awarded to 16 individuals and 5 groups. There were 301 participating athletes from 61 countries.

FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2019 – Mens 15 kilometre classical

The Men's 15 kilometre classical competition at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2019 was held on 20 and 27 February 2019. A qualification was held on 20 February.

The women's high jump event at the 2019 European Athletics Indoor Championships was held on 1 March at 19:00 (qualification) and 3 March at 19:15 (final) local time.

Artistic gymnastics was contested at the 2019 Summer Universiade from July 3 to 7, and rhythmic gymnastics was contested from July 11 to 13. Both events were held at the PalaVesuvio in Naples, Italy.

The curling competitions of the 2022 Winter Olympics are being held at the Beijing National Aquatics Centre, one of the Olympic Green venues. Curling competitions are scheduled for every day of the games, from February 2 to February 20. This is the eighth time that curling is part of the Olympic program.
