The 2025 season will be the 10th season for FC Cincinnati and their 7th in Major League Soccer (MLS), the highest level of men's professional soccer in the United States. Their home stadium is TQL Stadium. It is the fourth season with the club for general manager Chris Albright and head coach Pat Noonan.[ citation needed ]

The 2025 season will be the LA Galaxy's 30th season in Major League Soccer, the top tier of the American soccer pyramid. LA Galaxy will play their home matches at Dignity Health Sports Park in the Los Angeles suburb of Carson, California. The Galaxy will open the season on February 23, 2025, hosting expansion side San Diego FC.

The 2025 season will be the sixth season for Nashville SC as a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top flight of professional soccer in the United States. It is their eighth overall season, including two years in the second-division USL Championship.
