The AT&T 220 Building, also known as Monument City Center, is a 23-floor high rise located at 220 North Meridian Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. [1] It was completed in 1974 when it served as the headquarters of Indiana Bell. [2] [3]

It is connected with the 22-story AT&T Building, located just to the north at 240 North Meridian Street, and both buildings housed the Indiana headquarters for AT&T. The AT&T 220 Building was sold to Cleveland-based Geis Properties in 2013 for $16.5 million.

In 2017, the building was purchased Keystone Realty Group which has proposed spending $80 million to convert it to mixed-use with restaurants, office space, apartments, and parking. [4]

The Truist Center is a 47-story, 659 ft (201 m) skyscraper in downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. The city's third tallest building, it is located along North Tryon Street. 300 North Meridian is a high rise in Indianapolis, Indiana. Construction started in 1987, financed by Browning Investments. The architects, Haldeman Miller Bregman Hamann, built the outside with brownish-reddish granite and black windows, and capped the skyscraper with a copper-colored dome. Only the eastern side rises to the full height of the building; the northern and southern sides rise in a staircase shape toward the east. The architects intended 300 North Meridian's design to echo the adjacent Chamber of Commerce building. It was completed in 1989 and is currently the fifth-tallest building in the city.

360 Market Square, previously known as Market Square Tower, is a residential skyscraper in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. 360 Market Square stands on the northern portion of the block formerly home to Market Square Arena.
