Call Me Mother is an upcoming Philippine comedy drama film directed by Jun Robles Lana and starring Vice Ganda and Nadine Lustre. The film will be co-produced by Star Cinema, The IdeaFirst Company, and Viva Films. [1] [2]
The film marks Vice Ganda and Nadine Lustre's second film together after 10 years since their 2015 film Beauty and the Bestie . [3]
Twinkle De Guzman (Vice Ganda) starts the process to formally adopt Angel as her son. She plans to surprise her adoptive child with a trip to Disneyland, Hong Kong with the adoption process to be completed if no one claims Angel within three months. However biological mother of Angel Mara (Nadine Lustre) unexpectingly arrives and forms a bond with Angel. Twinkle goes to great length to prove to Mara that she is fit to be a parent. [4] [5]
