Interstate 4 (I-4) is an Interstate Highway in the U.S. state of Florida, maintained by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Spanning approximately 133 miles (214 km) along a generally west–east axis, I-4 is entirely concurrent with State Road 400. In the west, they begin at an interchange with I-275 in Tampa. They intersect with several major expressways as they traverse Central Florida, including US 41 in Tampa; US 301 near Riverview; I-75 near Brandon; US 98 in Lakeland; US 192 in Celebration; Florida's Turnpike in Orlando; and US 17 and US 92 in multiple junctions. In the east, I-4 ends at an interchange with I-95 in Daytona Beach, while SR 400 continues for roughly another 4 miles (6.4 km) and ends at an intersection with US 1 on the city line of Daytona Beach and South Daytona.

Southwest Florida International Airport is a major county-owned airport in the South Fort Myers region of unincorporated Lee County, Florida, United States. The airport serves the Southwest Florida region, including the Cape Coral-Fort Myers, Naples-Marco Island, and Punta Gorda metropolitan areas, and is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. It currently is the second-busiest single-runway airport in the United States, after San Diego International Airport, although a second runway is expected to open by 2020. In 2018, the airport served 9,373,178 passengers.
Florida's First Coast, or simply the First Coast, is a region of the U.S. state of Florida, located on the Atlantic coast of North Florida. The First Coast refers to the same general area as the directional region of Northeast Florida. It roughly comprises the five counties surrounding Jacksonville: Duval, Baker, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns, largely corresponding to the Jacksonville metropolitan area, and may include other nearby areas such as Putnam and Flagler counties in Florida and Camden County, Georgia. The name originated in a marketing campaign in the 1980s, and has since emerged as one of Florida's best known vernacular regions.

USA Volleyball (USAV) is a non-profit organization which is recognized as the national governing body of volleyball in the United States by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC). It is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and was founded by the YMCA of the USA. The organization is responsible for selecting and supporting US national teams that compete in FIVB-sanctioned international volleyball and beach volleyball competitions such as the Olympic Summer Games. USA Volleyball is also charged with fostering the development of the sport of volleyball within the United States through involvement with its forty Regional Volleyball Associations (RVAs).
The climate of the north and central parts of the US state of Florida is humid subtropical. Most of South Florida has a tropical climate. The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) is a full season, American adult professional soccer league that was founded in Santa Ana in Southern California, with teams in regionalized conferences throughout the United States. The league was founded in 2011 by Santa Ana Winds FC club owner Leonel López as a regional league for teams in Greater Los Angeles, but expanded to include teams from 32 states as of the 2019 UPSL season.
Virgin MiamiCentral, formerly MiamiCentral, is a mixed-use railroad station development in the Government Center district of Downtown, Miami, Florida. Right now, the station serves Virgin Trains USA higher-speed rail and connects to the adjacent Government Center station serving Metrorail, Metromover, and bus lines. In the next few years, the station will serve Tri-Rail commuter rail. The 9-acre complex also includes 3 million square feet of residential, office, commercial, and retail development. The station was built by All Aboard Florida, a subsidiary of Florida East Coast Industries (FECI) overseeing Virgin Trains USA. Virgin MiamiCentral was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in association with Zyscovich Architects. Its name was changed from MiamiCentral to Virgin MiamiCentral on April 4, 2019.
