Javagal is a town in the southern state of Karnataka, India. [2] [3] It is located in the Arsikere taluk of Hassan district in Karnataka. The Lakshminarasimha temple, built in 1250 A.D., is an important Hoysala architectural show piece in this town.

Karnataka is a state in the southern part of India. It was created on 1 November 1956, with the passing of the States Reorganisation Act.
