Megadontomys is a genus of rodent in the family Cricetidae,^[1] found in Mexico. It contains the following species:

Oaxaca giant deer mouse (Megadontomys cryophilus)
Nelson's giant deer mouse (Megadontomys nelsoni)
Thomas's giant deer mouse (Megadontomys thomasi)
