Mia Syn (born 1990) is an American registered dietitian and writer who advocates plant-rich dietary patterns.
Syn was educated at University of California, Berkeley where she obtained a BS in Nutritional Science Physiology and Metabolism. [1] She obtained a Master of Science in human nutrition from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. [1] She studied clinical nutrition at the Medical University of South Carolina.
