The CG engine is a 1.0 L, 1.3 L or 1.35 L straight-4 piston engine from Nissan's Aichi Kikai division. It is an aluminum DOHC 16-valve design. The engine was developed for use in the Nissan Micra/March K11 series. All engines featured multi-point fuel injection. Redline is at 7300 rpm.
This compact, reliable, lightweight and fuel-efficient motor has also found life in many Nissan Forklift models.

The 1.0 L (998 cc)CG10DE was built from the introduction of the Nissan Micra K11 in January 1992 [1] [2] until it was replaced by the K12 series in 2002.
The 1.3 L (1,275 cc)CG13DE was built from 1992 [1] [2] and continues to power the current (2007) model K11 in Taiwan. [3] In 2000 it was replaced by the CGA3DE in most countries.
The 1.3 L (1,348 cc)CGA3DE was built between November 1999 [4] and 2002. The engine produced 85 PS (63 kW) @ 6000 rpm and 120 N⋅m (89 lb⋅ft) @ 4000 rpm. This engine, although considered a 1.4 in the European market, was still marketed as a 1.3 engine in Japan due to the cubic capacity being 1.3 L (1,348 cc). The x-alpha spec Z10 Nissan Cube was made from May 2001 to September 2002.
In October 2002 the CG engines were replaced with CR engines in Japan.[ citation needed ]

The Nissan Micra, also known as the Nissan March, is a supermini car (B-segment) that has been produced by the Japanese automobile manufacturer Nissan since 1982.
The VK engine is a V8 piston engine from Nissan. It is an aluminum DOHC 4-valve design.
The VQ is a family of V6 automobile petrol engines developed by Nissan and produced in displacements varying from 2.0 L to 4.0 L. Designed to replace the VG series, the all-aluminium 4-valve per cylinder DOHC design debuted with Nissan's EGI/ECCS sequential multi-point fuel injection (MPFI) system. Changes from the VG engine include switching to a timing chain from a timing belt, and relocating the water pump from the outside of the engine to inside the timing cover where the pump is driven by the timing chain. Later versions featured various improvements, such as variable valve timing, and NEO-Di designated VQ engines replace MPFI with direct fuel injection.
The RB engine is an oversquare 2.0–3.0 L straight-6 four-stroke gasoline engine from Nissan, originally produced from 1985 to 2004. The RB followed the 1983 VG-series V6 engines to offer a full, modern range in both straight or V layouts.

The KA engines were a series of four-stroke inline-four gasoline piston engines manufactured by Nissan, which were offered in 2.0 and 2.4 L. The engines blocks were made of cast-iron, while the cylinder heads were made of aluminum.
The GA engine is a 1.3 to 1.6 L inline-four piston engine from Nissan. It has a cast-iron block and an aluminum head. There are SOHC and DOHC versions, 8, 12, and 16 valve versions, carbureted, single-point, and multi-point injected versions, and versions with variable valve timing (GA16DE). The GA was produced from August 1987 through 2013. Since 1998, it was only available from Mexico in the B13.

It is designed for a wide variety of smaller Nissan vehicles to replace the Z engine and some smaller, four-cylinder L series engines. The "CA" stands for Clean Air, due to the installation of Nissan emission reducing technology, called NAPS-X.

The Toyota UZ engine family is a gasoline fueled 32-valve quad-camshaft V8 piston engine series used in Toyota's luxury offerings and sport utility vehicles. Three variants have been produced: the 1UZ-FE, 2UZ-FE, and 3UZ-FE. Production spanned 24 years, from 1989 to mid 2013, ending with the final production of the 3UZ-FE-powered Toyota Crown Majesta I-FOUR. Toyota's UZ engine family was replaced by the UR engine family.
Lean-burn refers to the burning of fuel with an excess of air in an internal combustion engine. In lean-burn engines the air–fuel ratio may be as lean as 65:1. The air / fuel ratio needed to stoichiometrically combust gasoline, by contrast, is 14.64:1. The excess of air in a lean-burn engine emits far less hydrocarbons. High air–fuel ratios can also be used to reduce losses caused by other engine power management systems such as throttling losses.
The TU family of small inline-four piston engines by PSA Peugeot Citroën were introduced in 1986 and used in the Peugeot and Citroën range of cars. It was first installed in the Citroën AX in October 1986, replacing the X family, although it shared many components with its predecessor. The MA is a straight-4 SOHC 0.9 L, 1.0 L, or 1.2 L engine first introduced in 1982 by Nissan, intended primarily for the K10 series Micra/March model. It shares design similarities with the older E engine, with an 8-valve hemispherical cylinder head but differs in that it uses an aluminium cylinder block. Unusually, the specified ignition timing for the MA10 running on the specified 90 RON gasoline was 2 degrees after top dead centre, reflecting a very high flame speed in the compact combustion chambers.
The Nissan ZD30 engine family is a 3.0-litre inline-four cylinder diesel engine with a bore and stroke of 96 mm × 102 mm, that replaced the Nissan QD, BD and TD engines. At Renault it also replaced the Sofim 8140 engine and is the only truck diesel engine which remained with Nissan Motors when they sold Nissan Diesel to Volvo trucks in 2007.
The CR engine is a 1.0 L (997 cc), 1.2 L (1,240 cc) or 1.4 L (1,386 cc) straight-4 piston engine from Nissan's Aichi Kikai division in Japan. It is an aluminum DOHC 16-valve design. The CR14DE also features Variable Valve Timing on the inlet camshaft.
The Honda P engine is an inline three-cylinder gasoline engine first designed for use in Honda kei cars. The P engine was first used in the fourth generation Honda Life, as a successor to the Honda E07A engine. The P engine series was initially produced in only one displacement variant: 658 cc, either naturally aspirated or turbocharged. A turbocharged one-litre version, the P10A, has since been developed. The smaller version was discontinued in December 2013, when it was replaced by the new S07 series engine, but the P10A continues to be built in Thailand.
