Olga Bay Seaplane Base( IATA : KOY [2] , FAA LID : KOY [3] ) is a public use seaplane base located in Olga Bay, in the Kodiak Island Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska. [1] It is privately owned by the Alaska Packers Association. [1]
