The consultation on local reorganisation in Cumbria meant that Cumbria County Council elections did go ahead as planned in 2021. However, elections for the vacant seats on councils were held on Thursday 6 May 2021. These were - Brampton, Cockermouth North, St John's & Great Clifton and Ulverston West. [3]
On 17 June 2020, a by-election of Corby & Hayton was announced after the resignation of Independent councillor William Graham. A by-election took place on 26 August to fill the vacant seat, and was won by the Liberal Democrats. [4]

Penrith and The Border was a constituency in Cumbria represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament. It elected only members of the Conservative Party since its creation in 1950.
Bolsover District Council elections are held every four years. Bolsover District Council is the local authority for the non-metropolitan district of Bolsover in Derbyshire, England. Since the last boundary changes in 2019, 37 councillors have been elected from 17 wards.
Aylesbury Vale District Council was the council for the non-metropolitan district of Aylesbury Vale in Buckinghamshire, England, which existed as a local government area from 1974 to 2020. The council was elected every four years from 1973 until 2020. At the time of its abolition, the council had 59 councillors, elected from 33 wards.
Cumbria County Council in England was elected every four years between 1973 and 2017. Since the last boundary changes in 2013, 84 councillors were elected from 84 wards for the last council before abolition in 2023.
Wiltshire Council elections date from 2009, when the Wiltshire Council unitary authority was created.
Richmondshire District Council was the local authority for Richmondshire in North Yorkshire, England from 1974 to 2023. It was elected every four years. Since the last boundary changes in 2003, 34 councillors had been elected from 24 wards.
Priory is an electoral ward of Trafford, Greater Manchester, covering the northern and central part of Sale, including the Town Centre.

The Kent County Council election, 2013 was an election to all 84 seats on Kent County Council held on Thursday 2 May as part of the 2013 United Kingdom local elections. 84 councillors were elected from 72 electoral divisions, which returned either one or two county councillors each by first-past-the-post voting for a four-year term of office. The electoral divisions were the same as those used at the previous election in 2009. No elections were held in Medway, which is a unitary authority outside the area covered by the County Council. The election saw the Conservative Party narrowly retain overall control of the council.
