The 2021 F3 Asian Championship was a multi-event, Formula 3 open-wheel single seater motor racing championship. The championship featured a mix of professional and amateur drivers, competing in Formula 3 cars that conform to the FIA Formula 3 regulations for the championship. This was the fourth season of the championship and was won by Guanyu Zhou for Abu Dhabi Racing by Prema.

Race calendar

The first proposal for the race calendar was announced on 23 September 2020. To combat possible travel and quarantine regulations because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the season consisted only of races in the United Arab Emirates. [20] This calendar was slightly amended later on. [21] [22] The grid for Race 2 was determined by the fastest laps of Race 1.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Paul Aron</span> Estonian racing driver

Paul Aron is an Estonian racing driver who is set to compete in the 2024 Formula 2 Championship with Hitech Pulse-Eight. He previously raced in the 2023 FIA Formula 3 Championship with Prema Racing, coming third in the standings. Beforehand, he competed in the Formula Regional European Championship for Prema in 2021 and 2022, in which he ended both series in third. Aron was part of the Mercedes Junior Team. He also won the rookie cup in the 2019 Italian F4 Championship and placed third in the regular standings.

Gabriele Minì is an Italian racing driver who is set to compete in the 2024 FIA Formula 3 Championship with Prema Racing, having previously drove for Hitech Grand Prix. He is the 2020 Italian F4 Champion, and was runner-up during the 2022 Formula Regional European Championship. He is a member of the Alpine Academy.

Isack Alexandre Hadjar is a French-Algerian racing driver who is set to compete in the 2024 FIA Formula 2 Championship with Campos Racing. He most recently competed in the 2023 Formula 2 Championship for Hitech Pulse–Eight. He previously competed in the FIA Formula 3 Championship for Hitech, ending the season in fourth place. He was the 2021 Formula Regional European rookie champion and is a member of the Red Bull Junior Team.

Pinnacle Motorsport is an Irish licensed, Philippines based motor racing team founded in 2016 by Irish former racers John O'Hara and Gary Thompson. Both have experience at Formula 3 level, the former a race winner in the Asian Formula Three series, and had tested for the A1 Team Ireland, the latter featuring in the Japanese F3 and 2013 F3 European series. While the team began using the PRT Racing name in the 2016 Formula Masters China series and 2016-17 Asian Le Mans Series sprint and endurance LMP3 events, they adopted the Pinnacle Motorsport name from the 2017 season onward. Further involvement in open wheel racing came in China F4 and F3 Asian series. However, both prior to their official formation and throughout their continued operations, Pinnacle have partnered with KCMG to operate many of their motorsport programs across Asia including the Blancpain GT Series Asia GT3Am, Audi R8 LMS Cup, FRD LMP3 Series, Asian Le Mans Series, Asian Formula Renault Series, and the aforementioned Formula Masters China series. A similar partnership also existed in F3 Asia with B-Max Racing.

Reece Ushijima is a Japanese-American racing driver who most recently competed in the 2023 USF Pro 2000 Championship with Jay Howard Driver Development. He previously competed in the 2022 FIA Formula 3 Championship for Van Amersfoort Racing.

The 2022 Formula Regional Asian Championship was a multi-event, Formula Regional open-wheel single seater motor racing championship. The championship featured a mix of professional and amateur drivers, competing in Formula Regional cars. It was the fifth season of the championship, and the first season under the Formula Regional moniker, after a rebrand happened due to the FIA ending the F3 category name.

The 2022 Formula 4 UAE Championship was the sixth season of the Formula 4 UAE Championship, a motor racing series for the United Arab Emirates regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations, and organised and promoted by the Emirates Motorsport Organization (EMSO) and AUH Motorsports. This was the first season of using Tatuus F4-T421 chassis.

The 2022 FIA Formula 3 Championship was a motor racing championship for Formula 3 cars that was sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The championship was the thirteenth season of Formula 3 racing and the fourth season run under the FIA Formula 3 Championship moniker. It was an open-wheel racing category that served as the third tier of formula racing in the FIA Global Pathway. The 2024 Formula 4 UAE Championship is the eighth season of the Formula 4 UAE Championship, and the last under this moniker before it changes branding to F4 Middle East Championship from 2025 onwards. It is a motor racing series for the United Arab Emirates, regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations and organised and promoted by the Emirates Motorsport Organization (EMSO) and Top Speed.
