The 38th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards were held on Sunday, June 19, 2011, at the Las Vegas Hilton, and were televised on CBS. The Daytime Entertainment Creative Arts Emmy Awards were presented two days earlier on June 17 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel. [1] [2]

Jeff Bennett is an American voice actor. He voiced the titular character of Johnny Bravo, Dexter and Dee Dee's Dad in Dexter's Laboratory, Ace, Grubber, and Big Billy in The Powerpuff Girls, Peter Puppy in Earthworm Jim, Brooklyn in Gargoyles, Dr. Jacques von Hämsterviel in Lilo & Stitch: The Series, Clay Bailey in Xiaolin Showdown, Petrie in The Land Before Time franchise and Kowalski in the Penguins of Madagascar series. In 2012, Bennett was awarded an Annie Award for his role in The Penguins of Madagascar and in 2016, he was awarded an Emmy Award for his role in Transformers: Rescue Bots. He has been listed among the top names in the voice-over field.
Jason Craig Thompson is a Canadian actor. He joined the cast of the American daytime drama General Hospital in December 2005 as neurosurgeon Dr. Patrick Drake. In 2007, Thompson became an original cast member of the General Hospital prime-time spin-off General Hospital: Night Shift while maintaining his day job on GH. On April 1, 2015, Thompson also portrayed original GH character Steve Hardy in a flashback for the show's 52nd anniversary. He has portrayed Billy Abbott on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless since 2016.
