Ampang LRT station is a light rapid transit station operated by rapidKL serving the Ampang Line in Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia, just outside the eastern boundary of Kuala Lumpur. It is the eastern terminus for passenger services on the line. This station was opened in 1996, along with 17 other LRT stations.
Ticketing machines and a CIMB Bank ATM were installed at the station concourse, as well as a convenience store. Ramps linking the Jalan Ampang bus station, the taxi stand, the car park area and the station concourse were added in 2012.
A multi-storey car park, similar to the one at Gombak, was added in 2014. Only Touch 'n Go cards were accepted for payment at the carpark, which charges a flat rate of MYR 4 per day.
The station was opened on December 16, 1996, as part of the first phase of the STAR system's opening, alongside 13 adjoining stations along the Sultan Ismail-Ampang route. This station also housed a depot for the LRT train services and maintenances.
Between July and December 2016, upon the opening of the Puchong Perdana-Putra Heights stretch and the full deployment of the new CSR Zhuzhou trains on the Sentul Timur-Putra Heights stretch, the old Adtranz trains in use since 1996 were reduced to serve only the Ampang-Chan Sow Lin stretch while pending the completion of the signalling system in the line. Commuters going from Ampang to Kuala Lumpur city centre (i.e. Masjid Jamek) or vice versa were required to alight at Chan Sow Lin and switch from the Adtranz trains to the new CSR Zhuzhou trains.
Direct travel between Ampang and Sentul Timur, as it was before July 2016, was restored on 1 December 2016, following the completion of the upgrading of the signalling system on the Ampang-Chan Sow Lin stretch, which also sees the wholesale replacement of the old Adtranz trains with the new CSR Zhuzhou trains. Rapid KL is a public transportation system owned by Prasarana Malaysia and operated by its subsidiaries Rapid Rail and Rapid Bus. The LRT Kelana Jaya Line is a medium-capacity light rapid transit (LRT) line and the first fully automated and driverless rail system in the Klang Valley, Malaysia. It forms part of the Klang Valley Integrated Transit System in and around Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Servicing 37 stations, the line has 46.4 km (28.8 mi) of grade-separated tracks running mostly on underground and elevated guideways. Formerly known as the PUTRA-LRT, it is operated as part of the Rapid KL system by Rapid Rail, a subsidiary of Prasarana Malaysia. The line is named after its former terminus, the Kelana Jaya station. The line is numbered 5 and coloured ruby on official transit maps.

Masjid Jamek LRT station is a rapid transit station in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the interchange station between two of Rapid KL's light rapid transit (LRT) systems, namely the LRT Ampang and Sri Petaling Lines and the LRT Kelana Jaya Line. The station is one of only two stations integrating the LRT lines, the other being Putra Heights station. The station is situated near and named after the Masjid Jamek in central Kuala Lumpur.

Hang Tuah station, also known as BBCC - Hang Tuahstation due to the new transit hub, is an interchange station in the Pudu district of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, between the Ampang and Sri Petaling lines and the KL Monorail. Seamless physical and fare integration was achieved on 1 March 2012 when the "paid-up" or restricted areas of both the LRT and monorail stations, which previously operated as two separate stations, were linked up, allowing passengers to transfer without needing to buy new tickets for the first time since the monorail became operational in 2003.

Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd is the operator of the rapid transit (metro) system serving Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley area in Malaysia. The Klang Valley Integrated Transit System is an integrated transport network that primarily serves the area of Klang Valley and Greater Kuala Lumpur. The system commenced operations in August 1995 with the introduction of commuter rail service on the existing rail between Kuala Lumpur and Rawang. The system have since expanded and currently consists of 11 fully operating rail lines in a radial formation; two commuter rail lines, six rapid transit lines, one bus rapid transit line and two airport rail links to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport's (KLIA) Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, and one temperarily suspended airport rail link to the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport. The system encompasses 528.4 kilometres (328.3 mi) of grade-separated railway with 197 operational stations.
The Maluri station is an integrated light rapid transit (LRT) and mass rapid transit (MRT) located on the eastern fringe of Kuala Lumpur near and named after Taman Maluri, a residential housing estate. The station is located along Federal Route 1 Jalan Cheras opposite the AEON Taman Maluri shopping centre and Sunway Velocity Mall. The Kerayong River also runs beside the station.
