The Andorran Red Cross (Catalan: Creu Roja Andorrana) is a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief and education within Andorra. The organization was founded in 1980, and was officially recognized as the 162nd National Society member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies on March 24, 1994. Its headquarters are in Andorra la Vella.

Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS)(Devnagari: नेपाल रेडक्रस सोसाइटी) is an independent, volunteer-based and nonprofit-humanitarian organization that delivers humanitarian service and support to the vulnerable people in an impartial and neutral manner. It came into being on 4 September 1963. Nepal Red Cross Society was officially registered in Nepal after Nepal Government acceded to the Geneva Conventions. Having been recognized by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and affiliated to International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) on 1 October 1964.

Qatar Red Crescent Society

The Qatari branch of the Red Crescent Society, the Qatar Red Crescent (QRC), was established in 1978. In 1981, it gained international recognition from the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva and joined the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). It is also a member of the Secretariat of Arab Red Crescent Societies in Jeddah. It became the first philanthropic organization in Qatar to establish a women's branch in 1982.

The Seimas, the Lithuanian parliament, passed a Red Cross law in 2000. The society has its headquarters in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.

Albanian Red Cross

The Albanian Red Cross, or ARC, is the national society member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies for Albania. The oldest humanitarian organization in Albania, it was founded on October 4, 1921, and was officially recognized by the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in 1923. Its headquarters are located in the Albanian capital of Tirana, and its 39 branches provide humanitarian assistance across the country in accordance with the Fundamental Principles.

The Luxembourg Red Cross is the Luxembourg-based National Society of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. The society was established on 8 August 1914 by Emile and Aline Mayrisch. They persuaded the mayor of Luxembourg City, the commander-in-chief of the army and representatives of the three churches to sign the founding certificate.
