Blue Eye is the northernmost settlement in the state of Arkansas. [8] The town is contiguous with Blue Eye, Missouri on the north side of the border. Arkansas Highway 21 ends at the border and continues north as Missouri Route 13. The community lies south of Table Rock Lake. [9] [10]
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.07 square miles (0.18 km2), all land. [11]

There were 18 housing units at an average density of 99.3/km2 (261.1/mi2). The racial makeup of the town was 91.67% White, and 8.33% from two or more races.
There were 14 households, out of which 21.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.3% were married couples living together, 14.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 21.4% were non-families. 21.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
