The Church of Nigeria is the Anglican church in Nigeria. It is the second-largest province in the Anglican Communion, as measured by baptised membership, after the Church of England. As of 2016 it gives its membership as "over 18 million", out of a total Nigerian population of 190 million. It is "effectively the largest province in the Communion." As measured by active membership, the Church of Nigeria has nearly 2 million active baptised members. According to a study published by Cambridge University Press in the Journal of Anglican Studies, there are between 4.94 and 11.74 million Anglicans in Nigeria. The Abuja Province is one of the 14 ecclesiastical provinces of the Church of Nigeria. It is one of the original 10 provinces, created when the current division was adopted in 2002, due to the huge dimension and growth of the Church of Nigeria. His headquarters are located in Abuja. The diocese comprises 17 dioceses, 96 archdeaconries and 476 parishes. The first archbishop and Bishop of the Diocese of Abuja was Peter Akinola, from 2002 to 2010. He was succeeded by Nicholas Okoh, who also held office as Bishop of the Diocese of Abuja from 25 March 2010 to 25 March 2020. The current archbishop is Henry Ndukuba. He was installed on 25 March 2020.

The Anglican Diocese of Ideato is one of twelve within the Anglican Province of Owerri, Nigeria. It is one of the fourteen provinces within the Church of Nigeria. The diocese was created out of the then Okigwe-Orlu Diocese in 1999. The current bishop is Henry Okeke; he was translated from Mbamili in 2020.

Egba Diocese, Church of Nigeria is one of 13 within the Anglican Province of Lagos, itself one of 14 provinces within the Church of Nigeria. The current bishop is Emmanuel Adekunle. Jonathan S. Adeniyi was the pioneer Bishop of Egba Diocese when it was created in 1976. On his retirement aged 70 in 1979, he was succeeded by Titus Ilori Akintayo, who served from 1980 until 1994. On his retirement, he was in turn succeeded by Matthew Oluremi Owadayo. Adekunle has been the Bishop since 2009.

The Anglican Diocese of Niger Delta North is one of 12 within the Anglican Province of Niger Delta, itself one of 14 provinces within the Church of Nigeria. The current Archbishop of Niger Delta Province & Bishop of Niger Delta North is Wisdom Budu Ihunwo, who was consecrated a bishop on June 3, 2018, at All Saints' Cathedral, Onitsha.

The Anglican Diocese of Ikwerre is one of twelve within the Anglican Province of the Niger Delta, itself one of 14 provinces within the Church of Nigeria. The current bishop is Blessing Enyindah. Enyindah was consecrated a bishop on April 18, 2007, at the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Enugu; the diocese was inaugurated on April 20, and Enyindah later became Archbishop of Niger Delta Province on July 11, 2021.
