History

The Titano originates from Stellantis project KP1’’, aimed at expanding the group’s presence in the global D-pickup segment. The truck made its world debut in Algeria in December 2023, powered by a 148 hp 1.9 L D20TCIE turbodiesel and selectable 4×4. [1]

South-American first-year (MY 2024) units were shipped in CKD form from Nordex (Uruguay) and used the 178 hp 2.2 L BlueHDi engine. [2] Full production started at Stellantis Córdoba (Argentina) in May 2025, introducing a 197 hp 2.2 L Multijet II and an eight-speed automatic. [3]
