Kalokalike: Face 4 was the fourth season of the impersonation talent show Kalokalike which was aired as a segment of the noontime variety show, It's Showtime. It premiered on September 2, 2024, replacing Expecially for You, and ended on November 23, 2024, and was replaced by "And the Breadwinner Is...". [1] [2]
Vyan Dela Cruz as KZ Tandingan was crowned the fourth "Ultimate Kalokalike", besting 15 other grand finalists. Kent Villarba as Bruno Mars and Jerome David Rocco as Daniel Padilla were the second and third placers, respectively. [3] [4]
The season marked the segment's return nearly ten years after the third season aired in 2015. [5]
The season was first revealed on August 31, 2024, nearly ten years after Face 3 aired in 2015, alongside an unnamed game show segment that had yet to be announced. This segment turned out to be "Throwbox," which debuted on September 7.
Auditions for the show were open every Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the ABS-CBN Audience Entrance, alongside auditions for Tawag ng Tanghalan: The School Showdown . Participants must present a talent, a valid ID, and a photo of the celebrity or personality they intend to impersonate. Online auditions were also available. Additionally, auditions were also held at select malls and venues across Metro Manila and nearby provinces and cities. People can also refer impersonators online using the hashtag #JoinKalokalike. [6] [7]
Kalokalike: Face 4 premiered on September 2, 2024. This is the first Kalokalike season to air on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, All TV, [8] GMA Network, and GTV following the cease-and-desist order against ABS-CBN's free-to-air assets last May 5, 2020.
Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Anne Curtis, and Karylle reprised their hosting roles for this season. Kim Chiu, Amy Perez, Ogie Alcasid, Darren Espanto, and Jackie Gonzaga were added to the roster as main hosts. Bela Padilla served as a guest host in the absence of the main hosts.
The main panel of judges for this season includes the tandem of Jugs Jugueta and Teddy Corpuz, along with Rufa Mae Quinto and Gladys Reyes. Following Rufa Mae's temporary departure from the panel on October 12 due to prior commitments, [9] rotating judges were introduced. Jugs also stepped away temporarily beginning on November 1 to prepare for his band The Itchyworms' Akin Ka Na Lang concert in Canada. Rufa Mae and Jugs returned to the judging panel on November 14. Guest judges included Bianca Umali, Tony Labrusca, Denise Laurel, Aubrey Miles, Maymay Entrata, Maricar de Mesa, Barbie Forteza, Paul Salas, David Licauco, Chie Filomeno, Lovi Poe, JC de Vera, Karylle, Gazini Ganados, Chariz Solomon, Michelle Dee, Richard Yap, Sanya Lopez, and Mavy Legaspi.
In "Kalokalike," three contestants compete daily to see who can best impersonate a famous local or international figure. Each impersonator must deliver an introduction, perform a monologue, and showcase a talent act. Their performances are judged by three "hurados" (judges). Afterward, the hosts interact with the impersonators, asking about events in their lives to gauge how well they know the personality they are imitating. Audience members are then asked to use placards to indicate if they find the impersonation "Kaloka" (unimpressive) or "Kalokalike" (impressive). One audience member is randomly chosen to explain their vote and provide feedback. The judges then rate the impersonators to assess their performance. The impersonator with the most "Kalokalikes" from the judges wins the daily round, advances to the next stage, and earns a cash prize. At the end of the competition, the top performer is crowned the "Ultimate Kalokalike." [10]
Those that win the daily rounds will receive ₱15,000 (₱10,000 for the first week), while those do not will receive ₱5,000. Meanwhile, the semi-finalists that will proceed to the grand finals will receive and additional ₱20,000 while those that do not will receive an additional ₱10,000.
In the daily rounds, three impersonators compete for a spot in the semi-finals. Typically, only one winner is declared per day. However, if two or all three impersonators receive the same rating—regardless of the number of "Kalokalike" ratings they earn—those with identical ratings will be declared winners for that day. While rare, it is possible for two or all three contestants to receive identical ratings, resulting in a tie or even a triple tie in an episode.
Note that in order to win the daily rounds, a contestant must earn at least one "Kalokalike" rating. For instance, in the October 19 episode, the first two contestants received no "Kalokalike" ratings, while the third and final contestant earned all three. In rare cases where none of the contestants receive a "Kalokalike" rating from the judges, all three are eliminated from the competition, as seen on the October 30 episode.
Unlike previous seasons, which displayed the contestants' names in the lower-thirds of each episode, this season only shows the name of the impersonated celebrity and the contestant's location. As a result, the names listed below may be spelled incorrectly or inaccurately. The hosts only mention the contestants' names after their performances. [3]
The week of October 21-26, 2024 has been pre-empted to give away for Magpasikat 2024.
Legend:
Italicized name indicates a contestant who returned to the competition after being eliminated in their first attempt.

The judges' cull, known as "Elimination Face," took place on November 16, 2024. Of the 72 daily winners from the preliminary rounds, only 70 participated in this stage. From these, 30 contestants advanced to the semi-finals. Initially, the top 25 were announced, followed by five additional semi-finalists, bringing the total to 30. Judges Jugs & Teddy, Gladys Reyes, Rufa Mae Quinto, Richard Yap, and Gazini Ganados selected the 30 semi-finalists. [161] [162] [163] [164]
All daily winners participated in a "Parade of Stars" where they are grouped based on their celebrity type or field of recognition (e.g., Star Magic artists, sports personalities, OPM singers, international celebrities, It's Showtime hosts, newsmakers, etc.) and are introduced individually to the audience. [165] For this season, there were twelve categories.
Two daily winners, Zara Jean Capalad and Glenn Krishnan, withdrew from the competition for unspecified reasons.

The semi-finals, known as the "Road to the Ultimate Face-Off", commenced from November 18 to 22, 2024. The thirty semi-finalists who have passed the judges' cull phase will face each other in another face-off, where fifteen of them will be initially qualified for the grand finals. This was later increased to sixteen after a tie for third place happened during the third semi-finals (November 20 episode).
In this round, six semi-finalists will compete for three spots in the grand finals each day. Each contestant must deliver a talent presentation, followed by comments from the jury and scores from the audience. A panel of four judges will evaluate the performances, with each judge awarding a maximum score of ten (10) per contestant. The top three semi-finalists with the highest combined average scores will advance to the grand finals and receive a cash prize of ₱20,000 each. If there is a tie in the top three, the two contestants who tied will both advance to the grand finals.
