Her crew were rescued by the fishing trawler Esmerelda (Civil Ensign of the United Kingdom.svg  United Kingdom ). [2] Countess was towed in to Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire by the tug Fiery Cross (Civil Ensign of the United Kingdom.svg  United Kingdom ) on 15 May. [8]
