Romanov is a brand of vodka manufactured and marketed by United Spirits, a subsidiary of United Breweries Group. The brand derives its name from the Romanov dynasty that ruled the Russian Empire from 1612 to 1917. It has a two-star rating from the International Taste and Quality Institute. It contains 42.8% alcohol by volume. [1] [2] [3]

Romanov is one of the cheapest vodkas available in India, and thus it is popular in low-cost clubs and with college students. Along with White Mischief, Romanov controls 70% of India's domestic market for vodka, [6] which increased to 89% in 2010. [4] From 2008 to 2017, sales of Romanov's unflavoured vodkas decreased by more than 50%, while flavoured vodka sales increased more than tenfold. [7]

Ketel One is a vodka brand of the Nolet Distillery in Schiedam, Netherlands. Ketel One Vodka is distilled from 100% wheat in copper pot stills, filtered over loose charcoal, and rests in tile-lined tanks until ready. Ketel One Vodka is named after the original copper pot still, "Distilleerketel #1." The alcohol content of this spirit is 40%. The Nolet Distillery also makes Ketel One Citroen, Ketel One Oranje, Ketel One Botanical and Ketel 1 Jenever.
Cîroc is a brand of alcoholic beverages produced in France since 2003 and owned by the British-based multinational alcoholic beverage maker Diageo. The brand family includes vodka, flavored products containing vodka, and brandy. From 2007 the marketing and promotion for Cîroc in the United States was in conjunction with rapper Sean Combs in an "equal-share venture" with profits from the brand being split between Combs and Diageo, but this was terminated in 2024 after a legal dispute, leaving Diageo the sole owner.
HiteJinro Co., Ltd. is a South Korean multinational drink, brewing and distiller company, founded in 1924. It is the world's leading producer of soju, accounting for more than half of that beverage's domestic sales. It also manufactures a variety of other alcoholic beverages including red wine and whiskey. Distilleries are located in Icheon, Cheongwon, and Masan, with the Masan plant geared toward exports. In addition, Jinro produces the Soksu brand of bottled water at a factory in Cheongwon. In 2006, the company was acquired by Hite, a popular beverage company whose main product is beer.

Rakı or raki, is an alcoholic beverage made of twice-distilled grape pomace and flavored with aniseed. It is the national drink of Turkey. It is popular in many Mediterranean countries and is often served as an apéritif or with seafood or meze. It is comparable to several other anise-flavored liqueurs such as pastis, ouzo, sambuca, arak and aguardiente. The alcoholic content of raki must be at least 40%. The largest producer of Raki is Diageo; Yeni Raki is the largest brand.
