The Sabah People's Front (SPF) or in Malay : Barisan Rakyat Sabah is a political party in Malaysia formed by former president of Federated Sabah People's Front (BERSEKUTU), Berman Angkap on 8 December 2010 after its dissolution. [1]
SPF's new president Berman Angkap announced that SPF was formed to fulfill the wishes of the peoples of Sabah to recover the rights of the state. [2]
However, in 2012, the SPF was taken over by some former Sarawak Peoples' Party (PRS) members led by dissident leader Sng Chee Hua and turned into the new Sarawak Workers Party (SWP). [3] [4]
In aftermath of the 2013 Malaysian general election (GE13), the SPF party former president Berman Angkap formed and became the president of another new Parti Damai Sabah or Sabah Peace Party (SPP) as its successor, [5] which had contested in the 2020 Sabah state election. [6]
The National Front is a political coalition of Malaysia that was founded in 1973 as a coalition of right-wing and centrist parties. It is also the third largest political coalition with 42 seats in the Dewan Rakyat after opposition coalition Pakatan Harapan with 90 seats and the coalition Perikatan Nasional with 50 seats.

He is founding President of the United Sabah Party (PBS) and brother of Jeffrey Kitingan, the Deputy Chief Minister II and State Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries of Sabah and President of Homeland Solidarity Party (STAR) as well as uncle of Maximus Ongkili, the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department in charge of Sabah and Sarawak affairs and President of PBS.
Sabah People's United Front or in Malay Parti Bersatu Rakyat Jelata Sabah is more commonly known by its abbreviation BERJAYA, was a political party based in the state of Sabah, Malaysia. BERJAYA was formed by former United Sabah National Organisation (USNO) secretary-general Harris Salleh who was later joined by Fuad Stephens, who served as the first Chief Minister of Sabah as well as president of the United Pasokmomogun Kadazan Organisation (UPKO). Stephens became the fifth Chief Minister after BERJAYA won the 1976 state election in April but died in June the same year, being succeeded by Salleh. The party had been a partner of Barisan Nasional (BN), the then ruling coalition of Malaysia since its inception on 15 July 1975.
The Alliance Party was a political coalition in Malaysia. The Alliance Party, whose membership comprised United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) and Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC), was formally registered as a political organisation on 30 October 1957. The All Malaysia Indian Progressive Front, abbrev: AMIPF, or better known just as the Indian Progressive Front(IPF), is a Malaysian political party. It is a splinter party of the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) formed by its dissident leader M. G. Pandithan in 1990. The party was a component of the defunct opposition coalition, Gagasan Rakyat (GR) from 1990 to 1996, but it currently supports the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition although it is not a component member. The 2018 Malaysian General Election, formally known as the 14th Malaysian General Election, was held on Wednesday, 9 May 2018, for members of the 14th Parliament of Malaysia. Following its establishment, the party declare it is not on the side of either the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) or the opposition then. The multi-racial party was formed and led by Berman Angkap, who is also both Federated Sabah People's Front (BERSEKUTU) and Sabah People's Front (SPF) former founding presidents, had declared it represents the rights and interests of the people and the state of Sabah.
