Silver decamolybdate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Ag6Mo10O33. It can be prepared by hydrothermal synthesis [3] and grown into nanorods by melt-quenching. [4] It is used as an alternative to platinum electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reactions. [5] Silver decamolybdate films can detect ammonia in air at concentrations greater than 2 ppm. [6]
