Turkey Run State Park, Indiana's second state park, is in Parke County in the west-central part of the state along State Road 47, 2 miles (3.2 km) east of U.S. 41.
McCormick's Creek State Park is the oldest state park in the U.S. state of Indiana, dedicated on July 4, 1916, as part of the state's centennial celebration. It is located 14 miles (23 km) west of Bloomington in Owen County. The park receives about 640,000 visitors annually.
The Mansfield Covered Bridge is a Double Burr Arch double span truss bridge located on Mansfield Road (historic) and Big Raccoon Creek in Mansfield southeast of Rockville in Parke County, Indiana. Built by Joseph J. Daniels in 1867 at a cost of $12,200. At 279 ft (85 m) it is the second longest covered bridge left in Parke County. This Historic Site rest on land provided by Luke Moody, of Parke County, Indiana and is open to the public all year.
The Beeson Covered Bridge originally crossed Roaring Creek, one mile (1.6 km) northwest of Marshall, Indiana, on County Road 216, in Washington Township, Parke County. The bridge was moved to its current location in Billie Creek Village in December 1979.

It was built in 1888 by Emmett L. Kennedy. It is a Burr Arch bridge, 196 feet (60 m) long over the Big Flat Rock River. The bridge has rounded arch portals and decorative scrollwork that are signatures of the Kennedy firm.
CCC Recreation Building-Nature Museum is a historic building located at McCormick's Creek State Park in Washington Township, Owen County, Indiana. It was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1933, and is a one-story, frame building with board-and-batten siding and American Craftsman style design elements. It consists of a rectangular hip roofed main section, with a gabled wing. The wing features a large stone fireplace. The building was rehabilitated for use as a nature museum by the Works Progress Administration in 1936, and remained in that use into the 1970s.
McCormick's Creek State Park Entrance and Gatehouse is a historic gatehouse located at McCormick's Creek State Park in Washington Township, Owen County, Indiana. It was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1935, and is a one-story, "T"-shaped, Rustic style limestone building with a gable roof. The building features a large limestone fireplace chimney and open entrance porch. The gatehouse is bracketed by a contributing stone and timber fence in two sections.
Marble Creek Bridge, also known as Bridge #25, is a historic stone arch bridge located within Big Oaks National Wildlife Refuge in Shelby Township, Ripley County, Indiana. It was built about 1905, and is a one-span, round-arch bridge constructed of limestone. It measures 36 feet long and is 21 feet wide. The property was acquired by the U.S. Army in 1941.
Norris Ford Covered Bridge is a historic covered bridge located near Rushville, Indiana in Rushville Township, Rush County, Indiana. It was built in 1916 by Emmett L. Kennedy and his sons Karl and Charles. It is a Burr Arch bridge, 154 feet (47 m) long over Big Flat Rock Creek. The bridge has rounded arch portals and does not have the decorative scrollwork and brackets that are signatures of the Kennedy firm, due to them being out of vogue by 1916.
Offutt Covered Bridge is a historic covered bridge located near Rushville, Indiana in Jackson Township, Rush County, Indiana. It was built in 1877 by A.M. Kennedy and his son Emmett. It is a Burr Arch bridge, 124 feet (38 m) long over Big Flat Rock Creek. The bridge has rounded arch portals and decorative scrollwork that are signatures of the Kennedy firm.
