The 2015–16 NACAM Formula 4 Championship season was the inaugural season of the NACAM Formula 4 Championship. It began on 1 November 2015 with a non-championship round at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City, and finished on 25 June 2016 at the same venue after seven triple-header rounds. [1] [2]

The calendar was published on 19 July 2015. [1] All rounds were held in Mexico. The initially scheduled first round was held as a non-championship race in support of the Formula One World Championship. An updated version of the calendar was published on 22 November. [2] A more updated version was presented two days later during the official presentation of the first round. [5] In December 2015, the calendar was remade again, this time with seven official dates. [6] It was revised for a fourth time in February 2016, [7] and for a fifth time later in April. [8]
Points were awarded to every classified finisher in each race. Five points were awarded to the driver with the fastest time in qualifying. One point was awarded for fastest lap. The championship followed the same scoring rules as MSA Formula did in 2015. [9]

The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez is a 4.304 km (2.674 mi) motorsport race track in Mexico City, Mexico, named after the racing drivers Ricardo (1942–1962) and Pedro Rodríguez (1940–1971). The circuit got its name shortly after it opened when Ricardo Rodríguez died in practice for the non-Championship 1962 Mexican Grand Prix. Ricardo's brother Pedro was also killed behind the wheel nine years later. Since 2015, the track has once again hosted the Formula One Mexican Grand Prix, an event it previously hosted in two separate periods on a different layout, the last occasion of which was in 1992.
The Autódromo Internacional Miguel E. Abed is a racing track located in the town of Amozoc, 30-kilometre (19 mi) east of the city of Puebla in the Mexican state of the same name. The track has a capacity for 42,500 people.
Circuito de Navarra is a motorsport race track that opened in June 2010 near Los Arcos in the Navarre region of Northern Spain. It is a 3.933 km (2.444 mi) permanent road course that hosted the Superleague Formula series and the FIA GT1 World Championship.

The 2021 NACAM Formula 4 Championship season was planned to be the sixth season of the NACAM Formula 4 Championship. It was supposed to begin on 3 June at Autódromo Monterrey in Apodaca and end on 7 November at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City after five rounds. However, because of the pandemic issues, four non-championship events were held instead.

The 2024 NACAM Formula 4 Championship season will be the eighth season of the NACAM Formula 4 Championship. It will begin on 28 June at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City and will end on 21 December at the same circuit.
