F4 Saudi Arabian Championship is a single-seater motorsport series based in Saudi Arabia. The series is run to the FIA's Formula 4 regulations and organized by Altawkilat Meritus.GP. [1]
The inaugural season is held in 2024.
Gerhard Berger and the FIA Singleseater Commission launched Formula 4 in March 2013. The goal of the Formula 4 was to make the ladder to Formula 1 more transparent. Besides sporting and technical regulations, costs are also regulated. A car to compete in this category may not exceed €30,000 and a single season in Formula 4 May not exceed €100,000.
All weekends are due to run from Thursday to Saturday, with three 45-minute testing sessions on Thursday and an official free practice session on Friday ahead of two qualifying sessions. Then, the first race of the weekend simply uses the order from the first qualifying, while the third race on Saturday will uses the one from the second qualifying. [1]
The cars used in this series are Tatuus F4-T421 powered by an Autotecnica engine. As in the French F4 Championship and F4 Indian Championship, all vehicles compete under a single team, operated by the series organizer Altawkilat Meritus.GP. [1]

A Formula One Grand Prix is a sporting event which takes place over three days, with a series of practice and qualifying sessions prior to the race on Sunday. Current regulations provide for two free practice sessions on Friday, a morning practice session and an afternoon qualifying session held on Saturday, and the race held on Sunday afternoon or evening, although the structure of the weekend has changed numerous times over the history of the sport. Historically, the Monaco Grand Prix held practice on Thursday rather than Friday, and the whole schedule for the Las Vegas, Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix is brought forward by one day. At most Formula One race weekends, other events such as races in other Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) series, such as Formula 2 or Formula 3, are held.
The Losail International Circuit or Lusail International Circuit is a motor racing circuit located just outside the city of Lusail, north of Doha, Qatar. The track is 5.419 km (3.367 mi) in length, with a main straight of 1.068 km (0.664 mi). It is surrounded by artificial grass intended to stop the sand encroaching on the track.
French F4 Championship, formerly known as Formula Renault Campus France, Formula Campus, Formul'Academy Euro Series, F4 Eurocup 1.6 is a form of open wheel racing founded in 1993 by Louis Drouet. It is based in France and aims at karting graduates. The series currently organized by the Fédération Française du Sport Automobile (FFSA). Formerly, the champion receives support to continue in one of the Formula Renault 2.0 championships. In 2010, the re-branded series was made part of the World Series by Renault, but was then dropped for 2011. Since 2018, the series runs under FIA moniker.
FIA Formula 4, also called FIA F4, is an open-wheel racing car category intended for junior drivers. There is no global championship, but rather individual nations or regions can host their own championships in compliance with a universal set of rules and specifications.
Italian Formula 4 Championship is the first formula racing series regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations. The inaugural season was the 2014 Italian F4 Championship, effectively replacing the Formula Abarth.

Formula 4 Australian Championship Certified by FIA is an upcoming Australian motor racing series for open-wheel cars complying with FIA Formula 4 regulations. The inaugural championship, known as the CAMS Jayco Australian Formula 4 Championship, was organised from 2015 to 2019.
The F4 Japanese Championship is a formula racing series held in Japan regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations. The inaugural season was held in 2015.
The F4 Chinese Championship is a racing series regulated according to FIA Formula 4. The inaugural season was the 2015–16 edition.
Starting in the 2016–17 season, the all new Formula 4 UAE Championship was launched by the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile, and its national affiliate the Automobile & Touring Club of the United Arab Emirates (ATCUAE), who acted as the championship's promoter. Currently, the series is governed by the Emirates Motorsport Organisation (EMSO) and promoted by AUH Motorsports.
The North and Central American (NACAM) Formula 4 Championship is a formula racing series run to FIA Formula 4 regulations. The inaugural season was held over 2015 and 2016.
The Formula 4 South East Asia Championship is a formula racing series run to FIA Formula 4 regulations. The inaugural season was held over 2016 and 2017. The COVID-19 Pandemic put a momentary stop to the championship in 2020, but in 2023, the championship was revived under a new promoter.
F4 Argentina Championship was a racing series regulated according to FIA Formula 4.
Logan Hunter Sargeant is an American racing driver who competes in Formula One for Williams Racing. He previously competed in the 2022 FIA Formula 2 Championship driving for Carlin Motorsport, finishing fourth overall in the standings. He is the younger brother of former NASCAR driver Dalton Sargeant.
F4 Brazilian Championship is a racing series regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations. Originally, the agreement was signed between CBA and F / Promo Racing, the company that already organized Formula Vee competitions in Brazil. The latter was replaced by Vicar, the organizer of Stock Car Brasil, before the inaugural season in 2022.

He is a reserve driver for both Scuderia Ferrari and Haas F1 Team in Formula One. He made his Formula One debut with Scuderia Ferrari at the 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, substituting for Carlos Sainz Jr.
F4 Indian Championship is a single-seater motorsport series based in India. The series is run to the FIA's Formula 4 regulations and organized by Racing Promotions Pvt Ltd. The inaugural season was held in 2023.
The 2024 Formula 4 Saudi Arabian Championship Certified by FIA is the inaugural season of the F4 Saudi Arabian Championship. It is a motor racing championship for open wheel, formula racing cars regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations. The season commenced on 14 December 2023 with a non-championship Trophy Event at Bahrain International Circuit in Bahrain. The regular season began on 1 February at Kuwait Motor Town in Kuwait and will conclude on 6 April 2024 at Jeddah Corniche Circuit in Saudi Arabia.
