Ch'uxña Quta (Aymara ch'uxña green, quta lake [2] "green lake", also spelled Chojña Kkota) is a 4,952-metre-high (16,247 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia. It is situated in the La Paz Department, Pacajes Province, Calacoto Municipality, north-west of the extinct Sajama volcano. It lies south-west of the mountain Suni Q'awa. [1] [3]

Aymara language native language in South America

Aymara is an Aymaran language spoken by the Aymara people of the Andes. It is one of only a handful of Native American languages with over one million speakers. Aymara, along with Spanish, is one of the official languages of Bolivia and parts of Peru. It is also spoken, to a much lesser extent, by some communities in northern Chile, where it is a recognized minority language.

Juri Quta is situated at a height of about 4,596 metres (15,079 ft), about 0,5 km long and 0,25 km at its widest point. The little lake north of Juri Quta is named Ch'uxña Quta.

Qachu Quta or Llachu Quta is a Bolivian lake on the west side of the Apolobamba mountain range. It is situated in the La Paz Department, Bautista Saavedra Province, Charasani Municipality, Charasani Canton, northwest of Charasani, southeast of the Janq'u Qala Lake and east of the small lake named Ch'uxña Quta. Qachu Quta is about 0.9 km long and 0.5 km at its widest point and situated at a height of about 4,466 metres (14,652 ft).

Janq'u Qala is a lake on the western side of the Apolobamba mountain range of Bolivia situated in the La Paz Department, Bautista Saavedra Province, Curva Municipality. It lies about 4,489 metres (14,728 ft) above sea level. The lake is about 3.25 km long and 0.47 km at its widest point.

Chuxña Quta (Loayza) mountain in Bolivia

Ch'uxña Quta is a mountain in the Bolivian Andes, about 4,920 metres (16,142 ft) high. It lies in the Kimsa Cruz mountain range, west of Wallatani Lake. It is situated in the La Paz Department, Loayza Province, Malla Municipality.

Tata Chiyar Qullu mountain in Bolivia

Tata Ch'iyar Qullu or just Ch'iyar Qullu(Charkkollu) is a mountain in the Bolivian Andes, about 4,800 metres (15,748 ft) high. It lies in the La Paz Department, Murillo Province, Palca Municipality. Ch'iyar Qullu is situated near the river Chuqi Quta, south-west of the lake Ch'uxña Quta and north-west of the village of Chuqi Quta (Choquecota, Choquekhota).

Jisk'a Turini is a 4,905-metre-high (16,093 ft) mountain in the Cordillera Real in the Andes of Bolivia. It is located in the La Paz Department, Los Andes Province, in the northeast of the Batallas Municipality. Jisk'a Turini is situated southwest of Turini and southeast of Mullu Apachita. The lakes named Juri Quta and Ch'uxña Quta lie between Mullu Apachita and Jisk'a Turini.

Chuxñani

Ch'uxñani is a 4,680-metre-high (15,354 ft) mountain in the Andes of Bolivia. It is located in the La Paz Department, Larecaja Province, Sorata Municipality, in the northern extensions of the Cordillera Real southeast of the mountain Jach'a Waylla Punta. Ch'uxñani lies near the confluence of the rivers Ch'uch'u Jawira which comes from the northwest and Jach'a Uma Jawira which originates between the mountain Wila Quta and the Janq'u Uma-Illampu massif.

Chinchillani is a mountain in the Andes of Bolivia which reaches a height of approximately 4,840 m (15,880 ft). It is located in the La Paz Department, Pacajes Province, Calacoto Municipality. It is southwest of Suni Q'awa and northwest of Ch'uxña Quta.

Saywani mountain in Bolivia

Saywani is a mountain north of the Cordillera Real in the Andes of Bolivia which reaches a height of approximately 4,760 m (15,620 ft). It is located in the La Paz Department, Larecaja Province, Quiabaya Municipality. Saywani lies northeast of Achachi Qala. The little lake south of Saywani is named Ch'uxña Quta.

Pukara (Antiti)

Pukara is a mountain in the Andes of Bolivia which reaches a height of approximately 4,040 m (13,250 ft). It is located in the Oruro Department, San Pedro de Totora Province. Pukara lies west of T'iwu (Tibo), southwest of the village and the mountain named Antiti at a lake named Ch'uxña Quta.
