Gapalphedi is a village and former Village Development Committee that is now part of Kageshwari-Manohara Municipality in Kathmandu District in Province No. 3 of central Nepal. [1] At the time of the 2011 Nepal census it had a population of 5,533 and had 1,166 households in it. [2]

A village development committee in Nepal was the lower administrative part of its Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development. Each district had several VDCs, similar to municipalities but with greater public-government interaction and administration. There were 3,157 village development committees in Nepal. Each village development committee was further divided into several wards depending on the population of the district, the average being nine wards.

Its fort (kot) was the centre of a former Chaubisi kingdom, Argha rajya, which was annexed to Nepal in 1786. The former village development committee (VDC) was converted into a municipality on 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Sandhikharka, wangla, Narapani, Khanchikot, Keemadada, Argha and Dibharna VDCs. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census, the town had a population of 8,248 living in 1,712 houses. At the time of the 2001 Nepal census, the population was 5,947, of which 60% was literate.

Wangla is a Market Center in Sandhikharka Municipality of Arghakhanchi District in the Lumbini Zone of southern Nepal. The former village development committee (VDC) was converted into a municipality on 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Sandhikharka, Wangla, Narapani, Khanchikot, Keemadada, Argha and Dibharna VDCs. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census, the town had a population of 5,142 living in 1,033 houses. At the time of the 2001 Nepal census, the population was 5,380, of which 66% was literate.

Dibharna is a market center in Sandhikharka Municipality of Arghakhanchi District in the Lumbini Zone of Western Nepal. The former village development committee (VDC) was converted into a municipality on 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Sandhikharka, Bangla, Narapani, Khanchikot, Keemadada, Argha and Dibharna VDCs. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census, the town had a population of 4,490 living in 841 houses. At the time of the 2001 Nepal census, the population was 6,990, of which 56% was literate.

Kimadanda is a market center in Sandhikharka Municipality of Arghakhanchi District in the Lumbini Zone of Western Nepal. The former village development committee (VDC) was converted into municipality on 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Sandhikharka, Bangla, Narapani, Khanchikot, Kimadada, Argha and Dibharna VDCs. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census, the town had a population of 5,430 living in 1,085 houses. At the time of the 2001 Nepal census, the population was 3,514, of which 53% was literate.

Chaukati is a village in Sindhupalchok District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 2346 and had 539 houses in the village. By 2011 the population had become 2497 in 627 households.

Maneshwara is a village in Sindhupalchok District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census, it had a population of 3,065, and had 642 houses in the village. By 2011 the population had become 3,393 in 789 households.

Lapsiphedi is a village and former Village Development Committee that is now part of Shankharapur Municipality in Kathmandu District in Province No. 3 of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 5,040 spread over 919 households.

Dakha Kwadi is a town and market center in Pyuthan Municipality of Pyuthan, a Middle Hills district of Rapti Zone, western Nepal. The former Village Development Committee along with Pyuthan Khalanga, Bijubar, Dakha Kwadi, Bijaya Nagar, Dharmawati, Maranthana and Khaira were merged to form the new municipality since 18 May 2014.

Atrauli is a town and market center in Hariyon Municipality in Sarlahi District in the Janakpur Zone of south-eastern Nepal. The formerly village development committee was transformed into municipality merging the existing village development committees i.e. Atrouli, Sasapur, Dhaurkauli and Hariyon on May 18, 2014. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 4888 people living in 894 individual households.

Bhauratar is a village development committee in Parsa District in the Narayani Zone of southern Nepal. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census it had a population of 9,233 people living in 1,333 individual households. There were 4,863 males and 4,370 females at the time of census. The neighbouring villages are Gamariya, Bishrampur, Chhapkaiya and Phoolkawal belongs to Bahudarmai nagarpalika. The chhapkaiya tola and Phoolkawal previously belongs to Bhauratar village development committee. After occurrence of municipalities, these villages are now belong to Bahudarmai Municipalities.

Jelbang, also known as Jelbang, is a name of Nepalese village in Rolpa District of the Lumbini Province, and is situated at the Southern Part of the Jaljala Mountain. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census it had a population of 2896 people living in 510 individual households. The town is populated by Magars.

Khaliban is a town in Rampur Municipality in Palpa District in the Lumbini Zone of southern Nepal. Bayarban was a village development committee in the Morang District, Koshi Zone of south-eastern Nepal. It was named for the village of Bayarban Bazar. In 2017 it was absorbed by the newly created Kanepokhari Rural Municipality.

Pathari Shanishchare (पथरी-शनिश्चरे) is a Municipality in Morang District in the Koshi Zone of south-eastern Nepal. It was formed by merging three existing village development committees i.e. Hasandaha, Pathari and Sanischare in May 2014.
