As Executive Director, instituted the first political telemarketing fundraising initiative in South Africa. He also introduced the party to modern campaign techniques including tracking polls and various leaflets developed overseas, as well as writing a number of textbooks on the subject. He was a co-author of the party’s re-engineering proposals where his constituency and province were the first to use many of the concepts that the party has implemented over the last four years. [1]

He was first elected to Parliament in 1999, representing Mpumalanga and subsequently represented KZN in 2004 and now 2009 in his third term. He is currently serving his third term unopposed as KZN Provincial Chairperson and consultant to the CEO on election and operational matters. [1]

Gregory has supported the DA and made improvements[ clarification needed ] in the tourism industry. “How can we promote SA as a tourist destination if their first experience of the country is the loss of their luggage?” asked Greg Krumbock of the Democratic Alliance. [4]

He was the Provincial Leader of the KwaZulu-Natal Democratic Alliance (DA) from 2015 to 2021. Mncwango was the party's KwaZulu-Natal Premier candidate for the 2019 election.

Mohammed Haniff Hoosen is a South African politician who has served as a Member for the National Assembly for the Independent Democrats (ID) (2007–2014) and currently for the Democratic Alliance (DA) (2014–present). Within the Official Opposition Shadow Cabinet, he serves as the DA's spokesperson on the Standing Committee on the Auditor-General. Nhlakanipho Ntombela is a South African politician who has represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature since before 2014. He is also a longstanding member of the Provincial Executive Committee of the KwaZulu-Natal ANC, and in December 2021 he was elected Deputy Regional Chairperson of the ANC's Moses Mabhida branch in Umgungundlovu District.
