The Freedom Front Plus is a right-wing political party in South Africa that was formed in 1994. It is led by Pieter Groenewald.
Marius "Manqoba" Redelinghuys is a South African politician and a Member of Parliament for the Democratic Alliance (DA). He was first elected to the National Assembly on 7 May following the 2014 national elections. For a year he had also been one of two DA National Spokespersons
Solly Tshepiso Msimanga is a South African politician serving as the Leader of the Opposition in the Gauteng Provincial Legislature since May 2019. He has been a Member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature since February 2019,having previously served from 2014 to 2016. Msimanga was the Executive Mayor of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality from 2016 to 2019 and the DA Provincial Chairperson from 2014 to 2017. He is currently the Democratic Alliance's Gauteng Premier candidate for the 2024 elections. Msimanga was the party's unsuccessful candidate for the 2019 elections.
Petrus Johannes "Pieter" Groenewald is a South African politician. He has served as the Leader of the Freedom Front Plus since his election in November 2016. He started his political career by being elected Mayor of Stilfontein in 1988. He relinquished the position in 1989 due to his election to the House of Assembly. Groenewald co-founded the Freedom Front in 1994,and served as a Member of the National Assembly until his election to the North West Provincial Legislature in 1999. He returned to the National Assembly in 2001.
Wouter Wynand Wessels is a South African politician and a Member of the National Assembly of South Africa for the Freedom Front Plus. He took office as an MP on 1 December 2017 and succeeded the former party leader Pieter Mulder,who resigned from Parliament a day earlier. Wessels was married to fellow FF Plus MP Tammy Breedt.
Frederik Jacobus Mulder,known as Jaco Mulder,is a South African politician who is an incoming member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature. He previously served in the provincial legislature between 2004 and 2014. A member of the Freedom Front Plus (FF+),Mulder served as a member of the National Assembly of South Africa between 2019 and 2024.
Crezane Bosch is a South African politician who is a Democratic Alliance Member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature for the Sixth Legislature. Prior to her election to the provincial legislature,she was a Tshwane councillor.
Audrey Winifred Morakane Ketlhoilwe Mosupyoe,known as Morakane Mosupyoe,is a South African politician serving as the Gauteng Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Sports,Arts,Culture and Recreation since October 2022. She was the MEC for Economic Development,Agriculture and Environment from October 2019 to December 2020 as well as well as the Gauteng MEC for Social Development from December 2020 until October 2022. Prior to her election to the Gauteng Provincial Legislature in 2019,she served as a Tshwane city councillor. Mosupyoe is a member of the African National Congress.
Frederik Petrus Nel is a South African politician who has served as a Member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature since May 2009,representing the Democratic Alliance. He is the DA's Gauteng Shadow MEC for Roads and Transport. Nel was elected as the DA provincial chairperson in 2020 and re-elected in 2023.

Janho Engelbrecht is a South African politician and a member of the National Assembly of South Africa for the opposition Democratic Alliance. He had previously served as a member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature.
Gauteng is one of the nine multi-member constituencies of the National Assembly of South Africa,the lower house of the Parliament of South Africa,the national legislature of South Africa. The constituency was established as Pretoria–Witwatersrand–Vereeniging in 1994 when the National Assembly was established by the Interim Constitution following the end of Apartheid. It was renamed Gauteng in 1999. It is conterminous with the province of Gauteng. The constituency currently elects 48 of the 400 members of the National Assembly using the closed party-list proportional representation electoral system. At the 2019 general election it had 6,381,220 registered electors.

A member of the African National Congress,she has served as the Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Women,Youth and People with Disabilities since 2019 and has been a Member of the National Assembly of South Africa since 2014. She served as Chairperson of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Filling of Vacancies in the Commission for Gender Equality twice during her first term in parliament. Prior to her election to parliament,Ndaba served as a Member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature from 2009 to 2014.
Gerhardus Willem Koornhof is a South African politician and economist who serves as the Parliamentary Counsellor to President Cyril Ramaphosa. When Ramaphosa served as deputy president,Koornhof was his parliament counsellor. An MP since 1994,Koornhof currently represents the African National Congress,though he previously represented United Democratic Movement between 1999 and 2003 and the National Party/New National Party before that.
Bekizwe Simon "Bheki" Nkosi is a South African politician who current represents the African National Congress (ANC) as a Member of the National Assembly since 2019. An attorney by training,he was formerly a Member of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature from 1997 to 2012 and he served on the Gauteng Executive Council from 2009 to 2012. He was the deputy president of the ANC Youth League from 1994 to 1996.
Kgosientsho David "Sputla" Ramokgopa is a South African politician who is the Minister in the Presidency responsible for Electricity. He was the Mayor of Tshwane from 2010 to 2016. He was also a Member of the Executive Council in the Gauteng provincial government in 2019 and worked in the Presidency of South Africa as head of infrastructure from 2019 to 2023.
Theo Willem Coetzee was a South African politician. He served as a member of the National Assembly of South Africa for the Democratic Alliance from 2009 until his defection to the Freedom Front Plus ahead of the 2014 general election. From 2019 Coetzee was the sole representative of the Freedom Front Plus in the Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature.
Mapiti David Matsena was a South African politician who represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the Gauteng Provincial Legislature from May 2019 until July 2020,when he was murdered by a former employee. A lawyer by training,Matsena rose to political prominence through the ANC Youth League. From 2011 to 2018,he was the Deputy Regional Chairperson of the ANC in Tshwane,where he was also a local councillor. He was a member of the ANC's Provincial Executive Committee in Gauteng from 2018 until his death.
