Politics of Anguilla takes place in a framework of a parliamentary representative democratic dependency, whereby the Premier is the head of government, and of a multi-party system. Anguilla, the most northerly of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles, is an internally self-governing overseas territory of the United Kingdom. The United Nations Committee on Decolonization includes Anguilla on the United Nations list of non-self-governing territories. The territory's constitution is Anguilla Constitutional Order 1 April 1982. Executive power is exercised by the premier and the executive council. Legislative power is vested in both the executive council and the House of Assembly. The Judiciary is independent of the executive and the legislature. Military defence is the responsibility of the United Kingdom.
Anguilla elects on territorial level a legislature. The House of Assembly has 11 members, 7 members elected for a five-year term in single-seat constituencies, 2 ex officio members and 2 nominated members. Anguilla has a multi-party system.
The Anguilla Democratic Party was a political party in Anguilla. It was led by Camile Connor in 1976. At the 2005 Anguillian general election, the party first became part of the Anguilla United Front, which won 39% of the popular vote and four out of seven elected seats.

The small Anguilla for Good Government party replaced the Party for Anguilla's Culturisation and Economy as the fourth party, but like its predecessor, failed to win representation. The future Chief Minister Osbourne Fleming held his seat of Sandy Hill as an independent.

Dee-Ann Kentish-Rogers is an Anguillan politician, lawyer, athlete, former model and beauty pageant titleholder. A member of the Anguilla Progressive Movement, Kentish-Rogers has served as the Minister for Education and Social Development in the government of Ellis Webster since 2020. She has also represented the constituency of Valley South in the House of Assembly since 2020. Since 2021, she has been a Millennium Fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C.
General elections were held in Anguilla on 29 June 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, an Order in Council was made to allow the elections to be postponed until 11 September at the latest. However it was not invoked.
Ellis Lorenzo Webster is an Anguillan politician and physician. He is the premier of the British Overseas Territory of Anguilla, first elected when he led the Anguilla Progressive Movement to victory in the general election held on 29 June 2020.

Cora Richardson-Hodge is an Anguillan politician who is leader of the Anguilla United Front. She is the member of the Anguillan House of Assembly for Sandy Hill. She has been Leader of the Opposition in the House of Assembly since 3 July 2020. She first won the seat in the 2020 Anguillian general election. She is a former Minister of Home Affairs.
