L'Autre Pied was a one Michelin star restaurant situated in Marylebone, in London's West End in England, specialising in French cuisine.

The restaurant opened 1 November 2007 led by Marcus Eaves with the backing of established restaurateur David Moore of sister restaurant, Pied à Terre and pop-up restaurant Pieds Nus. When Eaves moved across to take the Head Chef role at Pied à Terre, Andy McFadden took over the reins. Andy continued to impress diners and critics and he landed the Head Chef position in the Pied à Terre kitchen in November 2015. His successor was Graham Long who was welcomed back into the fold after his previous experience in the Pied à Terre kitchen working under Shane Osborn.

The main restaurant seated 53 with an additional 12 seats on the terrace. A private dining room seated up to 16 people. Its total capacity was 81 people. There was also outdoor seating available for diners. It featured prints by Richard Hamilton, Henry Moore, Gordon House and William Crozier as well as a pencil drawing by Matisse. Handcrafted tables were made by Toby Davis of Hunky Dory Designs and were a mix of Macassar Ebony, with placemats cut into the table-tops.

In January 2009, the restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star. [1]

It marked the first of a number of restaurants that Ramsay would open at hotels owned by Blackstone. It opened in 2001, and by the fourth year was making a profit of £2 million a year. Verre, also known as Gordon Ramsay at the Hilton Dubai Creek, was a restaurant operated by chef Gordon Ramsay which was located within the Hilton Dubai Creek. It was the first overseas restaurant to be opened by Ramsay, and was in operation for ten years between 2001 and 2011. It was a combined operation between Hilton and Ramsay, with the celebrity chef taking a percentage of the takings each month and Hilton drawing up staffing salaries and arranging the decor of the restaurant. These would both cause problems as Ramsay disliked the decor, and had to initially pay supplements to his staff to prevent them from leaving due to the lower wages paid by Hilton. Amongst the head chefs who worked at Verre, Angela Hartnett and Jason Atherton both went on to win Michelin stars upon their return to the UK. The Restaurant Marco Pierre White, also known as The Restaurant, Restaurant Marco Pierre White and later Oak Room Marco Pierre White, was a restaurant run by chef proprietor Marco Pierre White. The Restaurant was opened at the Hyde Park Hotel, London, on 14 September 1993, after White left his previous restaurant, Harveys. Following the move, the kitchen staff was more than doubled in number, and White used Pierre Koffmann's La Tante Claire as a template to pursue his third Michelin star. This was awarded in the 1995 Michelin guide. White then moved the restaurant to the Le Méridien Piccadilly Hotel, London, in 1997, taking on the listed Oak Room as the main dining room. He sought a further rating of five red forks and spoons in the guide, to gain the highest possible rating for the restaurant. It gained this award in the following guide.

n/naka Kaiseki restaurant

n/naka is a one-Michelin-star modern kaiseki restaurant located in Los Angeles, founded by chef Niki Nakayama. The name is a portmanteau of Nakayama's first and last name. In 2019, n/naka was named to Food & Wine's 30 best restaurants in the world.

Kitchen Table is a restaurant located in London, England. It was opened in 2012 by husband and wife, James Knappett and Sandia Chang. Along with the restaurant, they also opened a Champagne bar called Bubbledogs at the same site, but this was closed permanently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the old space being converted into a lounge for customers dining at Kitchen Table.
