Nobu Berkeley St is a restaurant located in London, England. The interior was designed by celebrated interior decorator David Collins with lighting by Isometrix. The restaurant previously held one star in the Michelin Guide, [1] however this star was removed in the 2015 Guide. [2] The restaurant is part - and was the first - of the international Nobu Restaurant group.

St. JOHN is an English restaurant on St John Street in Smithfield, London. It was opened in October 1994 by Trevor Gulliver, Fergus Henderson, and Jon Spiteri on the premises of a former bacon smoke-house. Under Henderson's guidance as head chef, St. JOHN has specialised in "nose to tail eating", with a devotion to offal and other cuts of meat rarely seen in restaurants, often reclaiming traditional British recipes. Typical dishes include pigs' ears, ducks' hearts, trotters, pigs' tails, bone marrow and, when in season, squirrel. As a result, St. JOHN has developed a following amongst gastronomic circles: "chefs, foodies, food writers and cooks on sabbatical".

Journalist Pol O Conghaile listed the hotel and restaurant on his The travel hot list 2010 in the Irish Independent.

Shiro was a restaurant in Ahakista, County Cork, Ireland. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star each year in the period 1996–2001. The Michelin Guide awarded the restaurant the "Red M", indicating 'good food at a reasonable price', in the period 1988–1995. The Egon Ronay Guide awarded the restaurant one star in the period 1988–1989.

Ballylickey House is a defunct restaurant in Ballylickey, County Cork, Ireland. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in 1975. The Egon Ronay Guide awarded the restaurant one star during the 1975–1982 period.

Rose's Luxury is a restaurant on Barracks Row in Washington, D.C., created by chef-owner Aaron Silverman. It is known for not taking reservations which creates long lines, such that a nearby bar's top cocktail is called 'Waiting for Rose's' and linewaiters are reported to make up to thirty dollars an hour waiting in line. President Barack Obama celebrated his 54th birthday at Rose's, after First Lady Michelle Obama previously ate at the restaurant. The opening of Rose's Luxury in 2013 was the subject of a documentary, New Chefs on the Block. Chef Aaron Silverman had prior experience at Momofuku and opened a fine dining restaurant next door to Rose's Luxury named Pineapple & Pearls in 2016. Silverman has been the subject of a profile in The Washington Post, which characterized his work as mastery of 'the art of serious play'.

The Tamarind restaurant is an Indian restaurant in Mayfair, London, opened in 1995. It won a Michelin star in 2001, the first Indian restaurant to do so. The Tatler describes it as beautiful, "sophisticated, lively and oddly romantic", and as suitable for clinching a business deal as a grand Sunday lunch or a lover's "light supper". The Michelin Guide calls the cuisine "appealing northern Indian food" and "of great finesse". Jonathan Gold, in the Los Angeles Times, wrote that he had been impressed by its "frank attempt to produce Indian food with the sheen and polish of white-tablecloth European cuisine", though he chiefly recalled "the wine list, the flowers, and the cost."

Kitchen Table is a restaurant located in London, England. It was opened in 2012 by husband and wife, James Knappett and Sandia Chang. Along with the restaurant, they also opened a Champagne bar called Bubbledogs at the same site, but this was closed permanently due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the old space being converted into a lounge for customers dining at Kitchen Table.
