Miss World America 1994 was the 6th edition of the Miss World America pageant and it was held in Veracruz, Mexico and was won by Kristie Harmon of Georgia. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Maribeth Brown of Massachusetts. Harmon went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1994 Pageant in South Africa later that year. She did not place at Miss World. [1]

Miss World America 1993 was the 5th edition of the Miss World America pageant and it was held in the Abraham Chavez Theatre in El Paso, Texas and was won by Maribeth Brown of Massachusetts. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Sharon Belden of Florida. Brown went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1993 Pageant in South Africa later that year. She finished in the Top 10 at Miss World. This pageant was held simultaneously with the Miss Mundo México 1993 pageant.

Miss World America 1980 was the 3rd edition of the Miss World America pageant and it was held in Studio 54 in New York City, New York and was won by Brooke Alexander of Hawaii. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Carter Wilson of Virginia. Alexander went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1980 Pageant in London later that year. She finished as 6th Runner-Up at Miss World.

Miss World USA 1976 was the 15th edition of the Miss World USA pageant and it was held in Boston, Massachusetts and was won by Kimberly Marre Foley of Michigan. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Annelise Ilschenko of Ohio. Miller went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1976 Pageant in London later that year. She did not place at Miss World.

Miss World USA 1970 was the 9th edition of the Miss World USA pageant and it was held in Kings Castle in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and was won by Sandra Wolsfeld of Illinois. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Connie Lee Haggard of Texas. Wolsfeld went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1970 Pageant in London later that year. She finished in the Top 15 at Miss World.

Miss USA World 1965 was the 4th edition of the Miss USA World pageant and it was held at the Ashbury Park Convention Center in Asbury Park, New Jersey and was won by Dianna Lynn Batts of the District of Columbia. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Jeanne Marie Quinn of New York. Batts went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1965 Pageant in London later that year. She finished as 1st Runner-Up at Miss World.
