Miss World America 2016 was the 8th edition of the Miss World America pageant held on July 8, 2016, at the National Harbor, Washington, D.C. Victoria Mendoza of Arizona crowned her successor Audra Mari of North Dakota at the end of the event. [1] she represented the United States at the Miss World 2016 pageant on December 20 in Washington, D.C., and placed Top 11. [2]

The United States has continuously sent a representative to Miss World since its inception in 1951. The United States has won the Miss World crown three times in 1973, 1990 and 2010. Currently, Miss World America is the official national pageant that selects the contestant from the United States to Miss World.

Audra Diane Mari is an American model, television host and beauty pageant titleholder. She was crowned Miss World America 2016 on July 8, 2016, and represented the United States at Miss World 2016. She also represented the state of North Dakota at the Miss Teen USA and Miss USA pageants where she placed 1st runner-up in each pageant.

Miss United States 2014 is the 14th edition of the Miss United States beauty pageant. It took place in Washington, D.C., on July 4. It was won by a contestant from North Carolina, Elizabeth Safrit, who also became Miss World America 2014, after Miss United States acquired the license for Miss World in the US, and was the 2nd runner-up of Miss World 2014 held during December 2014 in London. Safrit crowned her successors for both Miss United States 2015 and Miss World America 2015 the following year.

Miss World America 2015 was the 7th edition of the Miss World America pageant held on July 3, 2015 at the Auditorium of the University of the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C. Elizabeth Safrit of North Carolina, who was also Miss United States 2014 and the 2nd runner-up in Miss World 2014, crowned her successor at the end of the event. All fifty states except Wyoming, the District of Columbia, and American Samoa competed for the crown. The winner was Victoria Mendoza from Arizona, and she represented the United States in Miss World 2015 pageant on December 19 in Sanya, China.

Miss USA 2016 was the 65th Miss USA pageant, held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 5, 2016. Terrence J and Julianne Hough all hosted for the first time, while Ashley Graham served as the backstage host. All fifty states and the District of Columbia competed. Olivia Jordan of Oklahoma crowned her successor, Deshauna Barber of the District of Columbia, at the end of the event. Barber became the first African American to win the Miss USA title since Crystle Stewart in 2008, and this was District of Columbia's third title and the first title since 2002. Barber represented the United States at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant, where she placed in the Top 9.

Miss World America 2018 was the 10th edition of the Miss World America beauty pageant. The pageant was won by Marisa Butler of Maine, with the previous year's pageant winner, Clarissa Bowers of Florida crowning her successor. This edition of the pageant differed from previous editions as the winner was selected through a video submission contest, as opposed to a standard pageant event.

Miss World America 2017, also referred to as America's Miss World 2017, was the 9th edition of the Miss World America pageant and it was held in the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida and was won by Clarissa Bowers of Florida. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Audra Mari of North Dakota. Bowers went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 2017 Pageant in Sanya, China later that year. She finished in the Top 40 at Miss World.

Miss World America 2019 was the 11th edition of the Miss World America pageant and was held on October 12, 2019. 42 contestants from all over the country competed for the crown. Marisa Butler of Maine crowned her successor Emmy Rose Cuvelier of South Dakota at the end of the event, Cuvelier represented the United States at Miss World 2019 in London and placed in the Top 40.

Miss World America 1993 was the 5th edition of the Miss World America pageant and it was held in the Abraham Chavez Theatre in El Paso, Texas and was won by Maribeth Brown of Massachusetts. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Sharon Belden of Florida. Brown went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1993 Pageant in South Africa later that year. She finished in the Top 10 at Miss World. This pageant was held simultaneously with the Miss Mundo México 1993 pageant.

Miss World USA 1970 was the 9th edition of the Miss World USA pageant and it was held in Kings Castle in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and was won by Sandra Wolsfeld of Illinois. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Connie Lee Haggard of Texas. Wolsfeld went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1970 Pageant in London later that year. She finished in the Top 15 at Miss World.

Miss World USA 1968 was the 7th edition of the Miss World USA pageant and it was held in San Diego, California and was won by Johnine Leigh Avery of Washington. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Pamela Valari Pall of California. Avery went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1968 Pageant in London later that year. She did not place at Miss World.

Miss USA World 1965 was the 4th edition of the Miss USA World pageant and it was held at the Ashbury Park Convention Center in Asbury Park, New Jersey and was won by Dianna Lynn Batts of the District of Columbia. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Jeanne Marie Quinn of New York. Batts went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1965 Pageant in London later that year. She finished as 1st Runner-Up at Miss World.

Miss USA World 1964 was the 3rd edition of the Miss USA World pageant and it was held at Cobo Hall in Detroit, Michigan and was won by Jeanne Marie Quinn of New York. She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Michele Bettina Metrinko of New York City, NY. Quinn went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1964 Pageant in London later that year. She finished in the Top 16 at Miss World.

Miss World America 2020 was the 12th edition of the Miss World America pageant. it was held virtually due to COVID-19 on October, 2020. Emmy Rose Cuvelier of South Dakota crowned her successor Alissa Anderegg of New York at the end of the event and was originally to represent United States at Miss World 2021. However, Anderegg ended her reign on October 3, 2021, and Shree Saini of Washington who was appointed the role of Miss World America 2021 and competed at Miss World 2021 where she placed as 1st Runner-Up.

Miss Earth Pakistan is a national beauty pageant title presented to Pakistani delegates who participate in the Miss Earth competition.
