Seal Bay Conservation Park is a protected area located on the south coast of Kangaroo Island in the Australian state of South Australia. It is the home of the third largest Australian sea lion colony in Australia.

The regional reserve's name was altered on 2 August 2018 by the Government of South Australia. The regional reserve is classified as an IUCN Category VI protected area.

Ferries McDonald Conservation Park is a protected area in the Australian state of South Australia located in the gazetted locality of Monarto South about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) south-west of Murray Bridge. It covers an area of 845 hectares and provides a habitat for a range of native and endangered species. It is one of a number of protected patches of remnant mallee bushland within the region. Conservation organisations are now attempting to restore and connect these patches of the fragmented Murray plains in an attempt to heighten the prospects of various rare and endangered species.
Ewens Ponds Conservation Park is a protected area in the Australian state of South Australia consisting of the Ewens Ponds and some adjoining land in the gazetted locality of Eight Mile Creek about 8.4 kilometres east of Port MacDonnell in South Australia and about 25 kilometres south of Mount Gambier. The conservation park contains remnants of the terrestrial and aquatic vegetation communities which existed prior to clearing and development. The fauna within the conservation park is also relatively unique within South Australia and the physical features of the ponds are unique within Australia.
Winninowie Conservation Park is a protected area in the Australian state of South Australia located on the east coast of Upper Spencer Gulf about 20 kilometres south by east of Port Augusta and 25 kilometres northwest of Port Germein, in the locality of Miranda. The conservation park was proclaimed in 1990 for the purpose of conserving ‘excellent examples of several coastal and marine ecosystems with sub-tropical affiliations in a temperate environment’ including ‘significant stands of the grey mangrove, Avicennia marina var. resinifera, seagrass and samphire salt marsh communities’. The conservation park's boundaries overlap with those of the Yatala Harbour Upper Spencer Gulf Aquatic Reserve. The conservation park is classified as an IUCN Category Ia protected area.
Baudin Conservation Park is a protected area located on the north coast of Dudley Peninsula on Kangaroo Island in South Australia about 2 kilometres south east of Penneshaw. It was proclaimed under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 in 2002. The conservation park is classified as an IUCN Category III protected area.
Lashmar Conservation Park is a protected area located on the north coast of Dudley Peninsula on Kangaroo Island in South Australia about 40 kilometres south east of Penneshaw. It was proclaimed under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 in 1993. The Lashmar Lagoon which is considered to be a significant wetland is located within the boundaries of the conservation park. The conservation park is classified as an IUCN Category III protected area.
Cygnet Estuary Conservation Park is a protected area located on the west coast of Nepean Bay on Kangaroo Island in South Australia about 5 kilometres west southwest of Kingscote. It was proclaimed under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 in 2014 on the basis that some existing crown land 'should be protected and preserved for the purpose of conserving any wildlife and the natural features of the land'. The Cygnet Estuary which is considered to be a significant wetland is located within the boundaries of the conservation park.
Cape Blanche Conservation Park is a protected area located on the west coast of Eyre Peninsula in South Australia about 25 kilometres south of Streaky Bay. It was proclaimed under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 in 2012 for the purpose of protecting ‘important breeding habitat for the eastern osprey and white-bellied sea-eagle ’ and ‘diverse range of flora’ including ‘the West Coast mintbush ,’ and to provide ‘provide important habitat for threatened shorebirds and migratory birds, including the hooded plover, sooty oystercatcher(Haematopus fuliginosus) and sanderling .’ The conservation park is classified as an IUCN Category III protected area.
Greenly Island Conservation Park is a protected area associated with Greenly Island located off the west coast of Eyre Peninsula in South Australia about 70 kilometres west of Coffin Bay. It was declared in 1972 under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 ‘to protect the island’s delicate ecology and Australian Sea-lion and New Zealand Fur-seal haul-out areas’ and continuing protected area status for the island which was first declared in 1919. The conservation park is classified as an IUCN Category Ia protected area.
