History

Nindaroo Provisional School opened on 27 February 1899. On 1 January 1909 it became Nindaroo State School It closed in 1963. [3] The school was located at 1 Boveys Road, corner of Mackay Habana Road ( 21°04′56″S149°08′31″E / 21.08220°S 149.14186°E / -21.08220; 149.14186 (Nindaroo State School (former)) ), now in neighbouring Richmond. [4] [5] [6]

In the 2016 census Nindaroo had a population of 239 people. [1]
