"Sericytochromatia" is a monotypic class of non-photosynthetic cyanobacteria.^[1] It contains unclassified lineages and the unranked clade "Tanganyikabacteria".^[2]^[3] "Tanganyikabacteria" also has only unclassified lineages.^[2]
