Shizuoka 2nd district is a single-member constituency of the House of Representatives, the lower house of the National Diet of Japan. The district is located in Shizuoka Prefecture, and covers the cities of Shimada, Yaizu, Fujieda and Makinohara as well as the district of Haibara. As of 2022, the district was home to 378,801 constituents. [1]
Before 1996, the area had been part of the five-member Shizuoka 1st district. The first representative Shōgō Harada had represented the pre-reform 1st district since 1976. He was later succeeded by his son Yoshitsugu Harada. The district is currently represented by Tatsunori Ibayashi of the Liberal Democratic Party. [2]

Kyōto 2nd district is a constituency of the House of Representatives in the Diet of Japan. It is located in central Kyoto and consists of the Kyoto city wards of Sakyō, Higashiyama and Yamashina. As of 2012, 267,926 eligible voters were registered in the district.

It is located in Kumamoto and covers South Ward (Minami-ku) and West Ward (Nishi-ku) of the prefectural capital Kumamoto City, the cities of Arao and Tamana and the Tamana District. The district also includes Ōshima Subprefecture, which covers the Amami Islands more than 300 kilometres to the south, which includes the city of Amami. In 2021 the district had 337,660 eligible voters.
