He was a part of Jain Sangha of Sant Shiromani 108 Aacharya Shri Vidyasagar ji Maharaj. Sudhasagar ji is a knowledgeable Jain saint. As a guru, he works for the welfare of Jain temples, Jains and society.

He is the inspiration for the renovation of many Jain temples that were in bad condition, such as Sanghiji, located at Sanganer and Dadabari Kota.

He also the inspiration behind the Nareli Jain temple (Gyanodaya tirth kshetra). Sudhasagar ji took the initiative to get an ancient Jain temple of Tirthankara Shantinatha, situated in Bajranggarh, Madhya Pradesh, following its reconstruction. [1]

The foundation stone for Jain temple in Banswara, Rajasthan was laid in his presence in April, 2016. [2]

Munishri Pramansagarji Maharaj is a Digambar monk of Terapanth sub-sect. He is an able disciple of Acharya Shri Vidyasagar Ji Maharaj. He has set free the religion from traditional abstruseness and made it practicable in life. Through his sermons and initiatives, the process of a qualitative change in society has begun. He led a campaign to save the Jain tradition of Santhara also known as Sallekhana in the year 2015, in which millions of Jain community members took out massive silent rallies in several cities and towns all over the world against the Rajasthan High Court decision. Gunayatan is one of his important religious initiatives which is going to become a centre for self-development in the true sense. Phulchand Sethi was a social worker, philanthropist and businessman from Dimapur, Nagaland in Northeast India. He was amongst the first proponents of Jainism in Nagaland. He was awarded the Commendation Certificate by the Governor of Nagaland, Lallan Prasad Singh, on 15 August 1975 for Social and Humanitarian activities. In 1959, he established the Dimapur Chamber of Commerce. Sethi could speak many local dialects such as Angami, Sümi, Lotha, Kuki, Manipuri and Assamese. He died on 2 October 1976 in Dimapur.
