The Tamil Nadu Women's League is the top division of women's football league in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The League is organised by the Tamil Nadu Football Association (TNFA), the official football governing body of the state. [1] [2]

History

The state women's league was formulated during the tenure of Seeni Mohaideen, chairman of the women’s committee of the Tamil Nadu Football Association. [2] The inaugural tournament was held in the 2019–20 season and was won by Sethu FC. [2] [3] [4]

The matches are usually held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai.

The Junior Badminton League (JBL) is India's First Junior Badminton League that is annually held in Tamil Nadu, India under the auspices of Tamil Nadu Badminton Association (TNBA) affiliated to Badminton Association of India (BAI). The league has Ten franchises across the state. The League is usually held in summer between May and August every year. Its 2023 league was the streamed live event on Eurosport & Jio Cinemas. The current champions are Madurai Indians, who won the season 2023 after defeating Trichy Tamil Veeras in the final at the JMC Indoor Stadium in Trichy.
