Since its acquisition of the Leaf International North American confectionery operations late in 1996, the Heath bar has been manufactured and distributed by Hershey.

Interiors were often furnished with a large mirror behind a marble counter with goose-neck soda spouts, plus spinning stools, round marble-topped tables, and wireframe sweetheart chairs.
Sanders Chocolates was first opened by Fred Sanders on June 17, 1875. The business grew to more than 57 stores in the Great Lakes Region and elsewhere. Sanders retailers sold candy, fudge toppings, and baked goods, as well as light lunches and an assortment of desserts at fountain counters, including Ice Cream Sodas, Sundaes and Hot Fudge Cream Puffs.

The John Pearson Soda Works, also referred to as the Placerville Soda Works, is a historic rustic vernacular Victorian brick building in Placerville, El Dorado County, California. The building, in the Gold Country region, was placed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) on December 12, 1985. The building currently houses the Cozmic Café coffee shop.
The Princess Sweet Shop is a historic building located in Iowa Falls, Iowa, United States. It is noted as "an outstanding example of Art Deco design from 1935. The Carrara Glass façade, and streamlined woodwork are typical of Art Deco design of the 1920s and 1930s, but a rarity in a small town in Iowa." E.J. Karrys opened the Princess in 1915, and the Sweet Shop opened by H.K. Pergakis two years later. Both Karrys and Pergakis were Greek immigrants, a group who were known to establish candy shop around the U.S. They combined their operations at the Princess location in 1928. The building was destroyed in a fire on December 25, 1934. Local architect L.L. Klippel designed the new building, which was completed in 1935. It was the first building in Iowa Falls that was air conditioned. Members of the Perkagis maintained ownership until 1987. The business is still in operation as a soda fountain under different ownership.

It is individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places by its original name, the Hotel Mississippi-RKO Orpheum Theater. The Hotel Mississippi was listed on the Davenport Register of Historic Properties in 2005. In 2020 the complex was included as a contributing property in the Davenport Downtown Commercial Historic District.

The Putnam-Parker Block, also known as City Square, are historic structures located in downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. The property is three buildings that take up the south half of block 43 in what is known as LeClaire's First Addition. The main façade of the structures face south along West Second Street. They were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011. In 2020 it was included as a contributing property in the Davenport Downtown Commercial Historic District. The former Putnam Building now houses a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel named The Current Iowa.

Lagomarcino-Grupe Company, also known as Rand & Coolbaugh's Block, is a historic building located in the central business district of Burlington, Iowa, United States. It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013, and it was included as a contributing property in the Downtown Commercial Historic District in 2015.
The Schultz Brothers Drug Store, also known as Ye Olde Drug Store, is a historic building located in Williams, Iowa, United States. W.B. and O.W. Schultz bought this property in 1897 and had the building constructed in 1901. The Late Victorian structure was built by E.D. Curtis of Hampton, Iowa. The Schultz brothers moved their expanded drug store into the building in September 1901. The two-story brick building has commercial space on the first floor and two apartments on the second floor. The business was sold to Donald O'Neill in 1915, and he added a soda fountain. After 1959 the building no longer housed a pharmacy. At some point the building was left vacant until 1992, after which it was converted into an ice cream shop. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

Leopold's Ice Cream is an ice cream parlor located in Savannah, Georgia, United States. It was founded in 1919 by two Greek-immigrant brothers, George and Peter Leopold, who had moved to Savannah from Brazil, Indiana, to be near their sister, Demetra, who had married Savannah local George Paul Carellas. The business was closed by current co-owner Stratton Leopold in 1969; he reopened it at a new location 35 years later with his wife.
