Adultcon is a pornographic film trade fair in the United States. The event takes place three times per year, usually with two conferences in Los Angeles, California at the Los Angeles Convention Center, and one conference in Las Vegas Valley, Nevada.The event was established in 2001.
Adultcon hosted an Adultcon award ceremony in 2007.Although they announced a subsequent ceremony for 2008, it did not come to fruition.
In July 2011, Adultcon canceled its two shows in Los Angeles because the Los Angeles Convention Center hosted two competing pornography conferences around the same times of year.
On May 19, 2016, Adultcon in Los Angeles reported an attendance of 10,000 fans.

NAB Show is an annual trade show produced by the National Association of Broadcasters. It takes place in April, and has been held since 1991 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show's tagline is "Where Content Comes to Life". NAB show is the largest show for media, entertainment and technology. The NAB shows covers: broadcast TV, radio, production, post production, news gathering, streaming, cable TV, satellite TV, film restoration, data storage, data management, weather forecasting, industrial TV, FX, CGI, connected media, cybersecurity and more. NAB had 103,000 attendees from 161 countries and more than 1,806 exhibitors in 2016. There are also exhibitors in Las Vegas hotels not counted in the official convention center displays. In addition to the exhibitors' booths, there are lectures, panel discussions and workshops. In 2017, there will be over 200 of these sessions. Before 1991 the show had moved around to a number of cities: Washington DC, Chicago, New York, Atlantic City, Dallas, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Houston, San Francisco, St. Louis, White Sulfur Springs, W. The GayVN Awards are film awards presented annually to honor work done in the gay pornographic industry. The awards were sponsored by AVN Magazine, the parent publication of GAYVN Magazine, and continue the recognition for gay pornography which was part of the AVN Awards from 1986–1998. The awards went on a hiatus after the 2011 ceremony and returned in 2018.

Jazmin Chaudhary is a Bangladesh-born American adult film actress. She the first pornographic actor known to have been born in Bangladesh. At the 2005 AVN Awards Show, Jazmin won the award of Best Group Sex Scene, Video for Orgy World: The Next Level 7 by Evasive Angles. Bangladesh Booty, the first Bangladesh-themed pornographic film was made with Jazmin in the lead. She retired from the adult industry in 2008 with a husband and a son.
