The legislative district of Guimaras is the representation of the province of Guimaras in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The province is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through its lone congressional district.
The province was represented as part of the second district of Iloilo until 1995.

Panay Gulf is an extension of the Sulu Sea, reaching between the islands of Panay and Negros in the Philippines. The gulf contains the island-province of Guimaras and extends into the Santa Anna Bay between Panay and Guimaras and into Guimaras Strait, between Guimaras and Negros. Guimaras Strait connects Panay Gulf with the Visayan Sea.
Iloilo is a province located in the region of Western Visayas in the Philippines. Iloilo occupies a major southeast portion of the Visayan island of Panay and is bordered by the province of Antique to the west, Capiz to the north, the Jintotolo Channel to the northeast, the Guimaras Strait to the east, and the Iloilo Strait and Panay Gulf to the southwest.
Guimaras[ɡimaˈɾas] is an island province in the Philippines located in the region of Western Visayas. Among the smallest provinces, its capital is Jordan. The province is situated in the Panay Gulf, between the islands of Panay and Negros. To the northwest is the province of Iloilo and to the southeast is Negros Occidental. The whole island is part of the Metro Iloilo-Guimaras, one of the twelve metropolitan areas of the Philippines.

Jordan, officially the Municipality of Jordan, is a 3rd class municipality and capital of the province of Guimaras, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 36,096 people, making it the second largest settlement in the province.
Iloilo City, officially the City of Iloilo, is a highly urbanized city on the southeastern tip of Panay island in the Philippines. It is the capital city of the province of Iloilo where it is geographically situated but, in terms of government and administration, it is politically independent. In addition, it is the center of the Iloilo-Guimaras Metropolitan Area, as well as the regional center and primate city of the Western Visayas region. In the 2015 census, Iloilo City had a population of 447,992 inhabitants, with a 1.02% population annual growth rate. For the metropolitan area, the total population is 946,146 inhabitants.
Oton, officially the Municipality of Oton, is a 1st class municipality in the province of Iloilo, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 89,115 people.

The Iloilo–Guimaras Metropolitan Area or Metro Iloilo–Guimaras (MIG) was a metropolitan area encompassing the highly urbanized city of Iloilo City, the Regional Agro-Industrial Center of Pavia, the towns of Oton, Leganes, Santa Barbara, Cabatuan and San Miguel and the neighboring island province of Guimaras with its five municipalities of Jordan, Buenavista, Nueva Valencia, San Lorenzo and Sibunag. While the towns of Zarraga and Dumangas all coming from the Province of Iloilo are also interested to join for the expansion of the Metro.
McLain Airstrip, also known as Guimaras Airstrip or Guimaras Airport, is an airstrip located at Brgy. McLain, Buenavista, Guimaras. Envisioned as the future unified international airport for the cities of Bacolod and Iloilo by former Guimaras Gov. Emily R. Lopez, the project was mothballed mainly because of the opening of the international airports in Cabatuan, Iloilo, serving Iloilo City, and Silay City, serving Bacolod City, and when Gov. Lopez retired from politics in 2004.
Elections were held in Western Visayas for seats in the House of Representatives of the Philippines on May 9, 2016.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the municipalities of Alimodian, Leganes, Leon, New Lucena, Pavia, San Miguel, Santa Barbara and Zarraga. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Michael B. Gorriceta of the Nacionalista Party (NP).

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the municipalities of Guimbal, Igbaras, Miagao, Oton, San Joaquin, Tigbauan and Tubungan. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Janette Garin of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Iloilo's 3rd congressional district is one of the five congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Iloilo. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the municipalities of Badiangan, Bingawan, Cabatuan, Calinog, Janiuay, Lambunao, Maasin, Mina and Pototan. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Lorenz R. Defensor of the PDP–Laban.
Iloilo's 4th congressional district is one of the five congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Iloilo. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the city of Passi and adjacent municipalities of Anilao, Banate, Barotac Nuevo, Dingle, Dueñas, Dumangas and San Enrique. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Braeden John Q. Biron of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Iloilo's 5th congressional district is one of the five congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Iloilo. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the northern municipalities of Ajuy, Balasan, Barotac Viejo, Batad, Carles, Concepcion, Estancia, Lemery, San Dionisio, San Rafael and Sara. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Raul C. Tupas of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
