Davenport Bank and Trust, also known as Davenport Bank Apartments, is a mixed-use facility located in Downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 as American Commercial and Savings Bank. In 2016 the National Register approved a boundary increase with the Davenport Bank and Trust name. Davenport Bank and Trust was at one time Iowa's largest bank, and the building has dominated the city's skyline since it was built. The tallest building in the Quad Cities, it houses commercial, office and residential space.

It was built in 1875 and featured elements of the Chicago School of architecture. The building was a three-story brick structure with flat arched windows. The third floor windows were shorter than those of the other two floors. The only decoration on the façade was brick corbelling at the cornice level and keystones over the windows. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. This combination commercial and residential rental property had been owned by a series of owners over the years. It has since been demolished and the property turned into a parking lot.

The Peter J. Paulsen House is a historic building located on the hill above downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. The Queen Anne style residence was built by Peter J. Paulsen, who operated a grocery store on West Second Street. It exhibits the features that are characteristic of this popular late 19th-century style: an asymmetrical composition, irregular roofscale, and a corner tower with a conical roof. The tower itself rises out of an oriel window on the first and second floors. The Paulsen house also maintains some if its exterior features, including scallop-shaped wall shingles in the gables and narrow clapboards. The south gable also contains a Palladian window and the front gable a semicircular window. The house has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.
