The Warner Apartment Building was a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. Dr. Fay L. Warner, a dentist, had the structure built in 1900 and lived here himself until 1908. A relative of his, Fred Warner, lived here in later years and managed the building. The three-story brick structure was one of the most distinguished apartment blocks in Davenport. [2] The building featured a picturesque façade that was typical of Victorian era architecture. [3] The round arch entrances were below ogee-arched moldings. At the top was a deep corbelled cornice frieze. The five sections of the main façade were articulated by full-height octagonal bays. The building was also banded by flat and projecting string courses. The structure was on a raised lot and had a low, stone retaining wall at the sidewalk. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, [1] and has subsequently been demolished.

The district lies north and west of Vander Veer Park. The area is entirely residential and it contains brick apartment buildings that were built between 1930 and 1939. It is one of the city's smallest districts and it is unique among the other historic districts in that it contains primarily apartment buildings.

The building was torn down after it was destroyed in a fire in 2005.
The Prien Building was a historic building located in downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. Like the Hoffman Building next door, Mueller Lumber Company across the street and the Riepe Drug Store/G. Ott Block on the 400 block of Second Street, it was torn down in the late 20th century.
The Building at 1119–1121 W. Third Street was a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was built in 1875 and featured elements of the Chicago School of architecture. The building was a three-story brick structure with flat arched windows. The third floor windows were shorter than those of the other two floors. The only decoration on the façade was brick corbelling at the cornice level and keystones over the windows. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. This combination commercial and residential rental property had been owned by a series of owners over the years. It has since been demolished and the property turned into a parking lot.

The Dr. Kuno Struck House, also known as Clifton Manor, is a historic building located in the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, and on the Davenport Register of Historic Properties in 1996. The house, along with its garage, became a part of the Marycrest College campus and they were both listed as contributing properties in the Marycrest College Historic District in 2004.
The Isaac Glaspell House is a historic building located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, United States. Isaac Glaspell was a local grocer in the 1870s and 1880s and had this Greek Revival house built during that time. It is a two-story structure that features a front gable, three bay façade, with a single bay side wing. The exterior is composed of brick with stone and wood trims. The house is a vernacular form of the Greek Revival style found in Davenport. The notable details on this house are the bracketed eaves and the flat arch window heads that are topped by keystone brick hoods. The house had at least one wrap-around porch that was believed to have been added around the turn of the 20th century. It may have replaced an earlier porch, but it is no longer extant. The house sits on a raised lot. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1983.

The apartment building was one of several that were built near the campus of Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Building at 813–815 W. Second Street is a historic building located near downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The building was built by Lorenz Wahle who was an associate in the German Savings Bank and had formerly worked as a grocer. The date of the building's construction is difficult to discern as the Wahle family owned two buildings on this site between 1870 and 1920. It is significant for its vaguely Neoclassical cast concrete facade, now hidden by metal siding, which is a unique feature in the city. The structure served as a warehouse until it was renovated in 2003 as a gay nightclub named "Club Fusion." In 2012, after the building had been empty for a few years, it was bought and converted into a convenience store and a bar.

The Union Arcade is an apartment building located in downtown Davenport, Iowa, United States. The building was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 by its original name Union Savings Bank and Trust. Originally, the building was built to house a bank and other professional offices. Although it was not the city's largest bank, and it was not in existence all that long, the building is still associated with Davenport's financial prosperity between 1900 and 1930. From 2014 to 2015 the building was renovated into apartments and it is now known as Union Arcade Apartments. In 2020 it was included as a contributing property in the Davenport Downtown Commercial Historic District.
The Isaac W. Harrison House is a historic building located in the Cork Hill neighborhood of Davenport, Iowa, United States. It is a somewhat simplified version of the Italianate style found in the city of Davenport. The house is a two-story, three–bay, frame structure with an entrance that is to the left of center. Like many early Italianate homes in Davenport it retained some features of the Greek Revival style. These are found in the glass framed doorway and the simple window pediments. It is also features bracketed eaves and is capped with a hipped roof.
