Thiruvananthapuram Assembly constituency is one of the 140 state legislative assembly constituencies in Kerala, India. It is one of the seven assembly segments that constitute the Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha constituency. [1] It has been vacant since 3 January 2026 following the disqualification of Antony Raju, who was elected in 2021 election, after a three-year conviction for tampering with the evidence in a drug-related case. [2]

Thiruvananthapuram Assembly constituency was established by the 2008 delimitation. Before, it was known as Trivandrum West Assembly Constituency from 1977 to 2008, and Trivandrum-I Assembly constituency from 1957 to 1977.
